After the conclusion of the 2023 MAMA Awards, netizens have taken to forums to question the manners of ENHYPEN's Jia during the performances.

A netizens began a discussion on a popular forum to discuss this picture of Jia during Kepler's stage. The op began by pointing out that Jia appeared to look bored during the performance. They criticized Jia for her manners throughout the award show. According to netizens Jia was disrespectful to the performers because she did not react or even look at the idols performing. In the picture there are two people below who are facing the stage watching the performance while Jia is looking away.
This has caused a wave of criticism and hate towards Jia. But other come to her defense and say that this is unfair because the photo can easily be taken out of context. Netizens still countered with other clips of Jia throughout the entire two days of the award show just staring blankly at the artists onstage.
Many people also call her a hypocrite for not giving these artists the same attention and respect they had given her during her performance.
Fans still discredit these clips by saying that just because Jia did not react to the performances, it does not make her disrespectful because she still clapped and gave the performances her attention.
