To say HYBE was pissed off would be an understatement for how angry they were. YG had publicly embarrassed them when announcing Jia wouldn't go on tour with Enhypen, and now they have the answer as to why. They were planning on sending Jia on a tour with her brother instead.

Jia's solo manager got the short end of the stick as she received all of the mean comments and bad attitudes from HYBE staff when she was around them. Since they couldn't relieve their frustrations on Jia or directly on YG executives, her manager got all of it.

Kim Taeho, CEO of BELIFT and COO of HYBE, had a lot to say about this. First, he commented on how there wasn't enough success from the DYNAMIC DUO releases to merit a tour. After their second mini album charted in all of the biggest charts and the title track achieved a perfect-all-kill, he then said that the Korean public would not give a lot of attention to two foreign members no matter how great the album is. The title track then received 8 music show wins.

Taeho ran out of insults to belittle the album's success.

When pre-sales for the concerts opened, a few HYBE employees watched the event live. One employee was alone in the queue behind 370,000 people for the concert in Seoul. The queue for other concerts had even more people.

"You know, a lot of people just buy concert tickets to resell them for a higher price," someone said. The website crashed multiple times.

Later on, an employee received inside information that YG was trying to book bigger venues for the tour.

"How ambiguous of them to assume that many people would go," Taeho laughed. He laughed to hide his nervousness. After learning this information, the company went out of its way to book the venues before YG could. They failed in almost all attempts except one venue. They successfully booked the Seoul Olympic Stadium before YG could. Executives genuinely cheered, seeing this as a victory. But their feelings of triumph were shot down when instead, YG booked the Seoul World Cup Stadium. The capacity is just 3,000 less than the Seoul Olympic Stadium and holds a similar prestige.
