ENHYPEN

JIA

: Jia and Yg betrayed Belift's wishes not to release her solo album. However, it seems that her betrayal has made a greater return. 'TUTORIALS' has received overwhelming positive reactions both in Korea and internationally. At first, is was believed that this was due to Jia riding the coattails of her sister solo career and the controversies happening in Hybe. Jia's selfish decision to not promote the album was not supported by either company. It appears that Jia does not want to use the album's popularity to promote Enhypen further. She has also refused to perform the album on tour or create a production for a physical copy of the album. She has reached over 100,000,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, but there has been interference stopping her from reaching the same numbers on Korean streaming platforms. Both Enhypen and Babymonster have gotten more attention due to Jia, but she doesn't care to take advantage of this. This makes me confused as to what she prioritizes since it is not her group or even her own solo career. It is all thoughtless.

: YG is disregarding agreements made with BELIFT when Jia debuted with Enhypen. They postponed the debut of BABYMONSTER due to Jia's schedule with Enhypen, but now they want that lost time back. They have forbidden Jia from interacting with a list of HYBE idols and canceled Jia's appearances in ENHYPEN's activities in retaliation. This has left a sour taste in the mouths of Hybe executives. There is deep animosity between HYBE and YG and they are not able to find a common ground since Jia debuted in BABYMONSTER.

: The collaboration between Japanese idols received a lot of mixed opinions after covering Mr by Kara. Despite the song and concept greatly fitting the LE SSERAFIM members Sakura and Kazuha, they have received the most criticism. On the other hand, Jia and Gisele gained the most positive reaction from the audience. Sakura and Kazuha's inability to fully tackle the stage was due to their absence in practices that were not avoidable because of their schedule. Jia however missed just as many rehearsals and no one is aware of why. She is not criticized for her lack of work ethic. The public has unfairly targeted their criticism on Sakura rather than Jia who was incohesive with the other idols and lacks the appeal to pull off sexy concepts. Sakura has shown to be more visually appealing because of her attractive features, but Jia gained the admiration of netizens instead. She is going against the tomboy image BELIFT originally set for her and it is creating a rift in her relationship with the company. She used to be favored by the company because of her masculinity and unattractiveness to the male audience which meant that the hags supporting ENHYEPN would not feel threatened by her presence around the male members. Her long years of playing sports negatively affected her boy and he no longer has potential. The only thing she has going for her body is her waist and height, but the rest of her body is unproportional, resembling one of a Chinese boy.

; It's easy to sway public opinion concerning Jia due to her being a foreigner. She doesn't have a approachable look so she looks cold and mean. And we all know that Koreans are harsh to Chinese and Japanese, so her being both is a great advantage. But recently it has proven to be a little harder to do so. Jia has an image to seems to have grown independently from Enhypen. She receives a lot of positive comments for her skills in dancing and rapping as well as her personal style. The Korean public seems to warm up to her and this is alarming. I am unsure of what this means to other foreign members like Sakura and Niki. The public craves to have a designated idol to hate and criticize so if it's not Jia, other Japanese idols under Hybe might be selected to receive this treatment. Stronger actions must be taken to sway public opinion about Jia whether it be for her nationality or attitude.

DYNAMIC DUO

Debut:

: Fans have long wished for a subunit with the Nakatomi siblings. YG seems to be trying to emulate a sibling success like AKMU while riding the attention from 'TUTORIALS'. It is clearly working as 'A Giant Step' debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 while the tracks 'California Love' and 'AEAO' debuted in the top 10 of Billboard Hot 100. This shows the potential Jia's popularity can have on Enhypen. With Hybe's marketing and promotions, they can fully use 'TUTORIALS' momentum to skyrocket both ENHYPEN, BELIFT and possibly other Hybe groups into greater stardom. A collaboration between Jia and Katseye could reminisce with Western audiences to grow the girl group's profile.

: 'A Giant Step' is heavy sounding to 90's hip hop, a genre previously discarded by kpop and seen as unprofitable. However, the album's success shows that there might still be potential. With the right production, Hybe could be able to turn around this genre through one of their groups and gain from its revival in popularity. What Dynamic Duo lacks is outstanding presence, visuals, and music. The tracks appeal to the masses but lack musical depth and follow a repetitive YG formula. The twins do not fit standards of beauty and their visuals are too unique to find too attractive. Jia appears to look more like a man than her brother while Joji fails to stand out in the sea of male idols. YG has failed to address these problems in their idols as they keep debuting underwhelming idols. This is why YG's idols are more known for their talent, or lack thereof, rather than their looks.

1. Wow they seriously lost their minds

2. I seriously want to k*ll them

3. Wow... Even I got hurt reading those

4. Jia is literally Hybe's most talented artist and they treat her like this?

5. It's clear belift doesn't like Jia reaching success out of Enhypen, especially if it overshadows the group

6. I'm on YG's side

7. Hybe is trying so hard to ride off Jia's popularity when they don't even like her

8. Wow, comparing her body to a Chinese boy s sickening

9. Why do they want to protect le sserafim so much? they're far from being the company's most valuable or profitable aritist

10. Hybe have used payola for so long, that they no longer recognize organized hits. Trying to credit Jia's success to themselves or her sister is just pure jealousy and denial.

11. No one is safe under that company

12. No wonder Jia distances herself so much from hybe and belift

13. These comments are a direct reflection of how companies see fans and different music genres. Le Sserafim's smart wasn't made out of admiration for afro beats, they were following trends to gain off of the genre. Fans are just banks for them, they have no respect for us or their idols

14. BOYCOTT HYBE

15. If I were Jia, I would leave Enhypen and Hybe completely, she's more successful under YG anyway

16. They talk so much shit about YG and their idols but are also trying so hard to replicate their success

17. They talk so much shit about Jia, how does she feel

18. These attacks aren't even criticism, they're personal

19. As a YG fan, this is f*cking offensive. They're the ones who were bullsh*tting about Jia's popularity

20. It was always so suspicious how popular Jia's album is both internationally AND domestically but it never showed through numbers. Her songs weren't even nominated on music shows but 'Alright' achieved PAK and multiple tracks are still charting
