Next day.

The morning light shines into the room, my eyes slowly opened, I could feel myself yawning as I stretch my arms. I look over at Dahlia to check if she's still sleeping.

Dahlia's body lay as it was last night, her hand by her face and her body under the blanket. Her body looked still and unmoving and even her breath was so slow and shallow- as if she wasn't breathing at all. My heart drops as all these thoughts flashed into my mind -I try to call her name

"Dahlia" I say, my voice coming out weak as I called her name, I get no response, I lean forward a bit and I call her again, but still there's no response, I felt myself getting uneasy and uncomfortable as I started to sweat a little as the thoughts of something worse start to creep in my head.

I shake her but there's a no response, I shake her body, I feel myself about to panic, when suddenly her hand fall down flat, and her body jolted as it began to twitch. I gasp as she let out a long breath and then suddenly she jolts and turns over onto her back breathing rapidly.

Her breath is heavy and uneven, her eyes snap open as she looks around confused, then her eyes meet mine. I could tell she couldn't remember much but I could sense her confusion as it spread on her face. She's looking at me wondering where she is, what she is doing here.

"It's okay, you're okay, you're safe" I spoke in a soft soothing voice, putting my hand on her forehead, I can feel her pulse, and her heart beating fast as the adrenaline fills her blood.

She pushes my hand away throwing her blanket off her body, as she started to get off the bed, just then the door opens and Hazel enters the room.

"How is she" she asks before her eyes lands on Dahlia who's rolling her eyes.

"You both told her too" Dahlia speaks in annoyance.

I quickly got to my feet, now standing beside Hazel, with my hand running through the back of my head, my eyes still on Dahlia. I look at her concerned, still feeling worried for her.

Dahlia was looking at me in annoyance, her brows were knotted, and she was now looking at Hazel with some words filled with anger.

"Of course they told me, what the hell were you think Dahlia!" Hazel snaps

Dahlia's face immediately twists with even more irritation, "You're not helping," She mutters to herself.

As I look at her with concern Hazel's words are a little loud making the situation even more uncomfortable, I feel the air in the room getting heavy and tense.

"Dahlia," Hazel says before she walks towards her, Dahlia's mouth curls into a small frown.

I could see Dahlia not wanting Hazel's comfort, she doesn't want any of her friend's attention on her right now but Hazel seems to be taking it personal.

"Dahlia I just want to make sure you're okay-" Hazel starts to talk but Dahlia cuts her off, her tone becoming more defensive as she speaks.

"I said I'm fine, it was just a little bit of drugs it's not a big deal!" She says in irritation.

"Since when do you have a drug abuse problem?" Hazel asks, she sounds surprised, which prompts Dahlia into becoming more agitated.
