I couldn't bring myself to tell Katoria I cheated on her with Myesha. Me and Katoria been together been for over six months and all I been doing is giving her oral sex. I tried to control myself but the temptation was too strong. I regretted it the second it was over thinking damn I done fucked up.
She been going through a lot and if she knew what I did, it'd be too much. The only person that knew was Jarret and I wanted it to stay that way until I was ready, which would be soon.
I was on my way up to her room in the hospital to see her and I had brought her some breakfast, since she could eat regularly now. I was feeling guilty, but I was trying to brush it off.
Once I made it in her room, Ja'Kiyia was in there and they were talking so I sat and waited until they were finished.
"Alright, see you later boo." 'Kiyia said and got up to hug her.
"Bye, text me." Katoria said and smiled at her.
"Bye, 'Kiyia." I said and she mugged me and left. I looked at Katoria confused and she had the same look.
"What's the problem?" I asked hoping she didn't know what I did.
"C'mere." She said ignoring my question. I sat her food down and sat in the chair next to her bed. She pulled out her new phone, unlocked it, and started typing something. She shook her head and handed it to me.
On the screen was a picture of me and Myesha in her bed while I was sleep. Dammit man. I looked at her and her eyes were watering.
"Don't cry man, I'm sorry." I said reaching out to touch her and she slapped my hand away.
"Look, it wasn't nothing. She don't mean nothing to me, you do. I know I fucked up, but-"
"Tell that bullshit to someone else, Darren. I'm done." She said with tears falling down her face. I was about to say something, but in walked her Dad.
"What's wrong? You alright?" He asked seeing she was crying. She shook her head and looked at me. I stood up and he looked at me.
"What did you do?"
I smacked my lips. This nigga not about to talk to me like I'm one of his.
"This ain't got nothin' to do with you, sir. I'm tryna fix it."
"You said that same shit last time. You know what? I been letting a lot of shit slide because I know you her first boyfriend and I know how that shit go, but you pushed it to the limit. You won't be seeing her no more, so leave."
I looked towards Katoria and she avoided my gaze. I sighed and left. Maybe I could her back, but shit I don't know what to do.
Jarret Hanson
"I can't believe him. Why would he do that to her?" 'Kiyia asked. We were at my house just laid up. I felt on her legs while she talked. I knew Darren cheated, but it wasn't my business to tell. I'm actually kinda disappointed in my nigga. Katoria good girl, minus that bad ass attitude.
"Same way you did Taylor." I said and her body tensed up. I knew she didn't like talking about this but it was the truth.
After I told Ja'Kiyia how I felt that night, I kissed her and she kissed back but then she stopped and starting crying.
"I can't do this to her." She said. I shook my head, not knowing what to say, but I said something.
"Yes, you can. Girls aren't meant to be with girls anyway. You livin' in a fairy tale and you need to grow outta that shit."
She looked at me and stared down at the table for a while before she said something.
"I don't want to just drop her, it'll hurt her so bad, especially if I'm leaving her for someone else. I love her, Jarret."
"Stop saying that shit. You don't love no damn girl! You not gay, and that is not the way to be."
"Can you give me some to think? This is a lot to take in." I nodded. Two days after that night, she told Taylor everything.
"That's not the same, Jarret, and I don't wanna talk about that. It's over with."
I nodded. "Alright, I won't, but you gotta gimme a kiss." I said and she pecked my lips real fast. I smacked my lips and started tickling her, and before you know it, we were wrestling.
