Before we go into the story, I just want to put down the plot so that you guys aren't confused.
----------------------------------------------- Adenine Donovan was kidnapped as a child and taken to Astria, where she was human trafficked.
The youngest age of children there are 7, and when the children are legally adults (when they turn 18), they are either sold within the next 7 days or killed.
Upon their arrival at the human trafficking ring, they are taught a set of rules.
If they break one, they will be 'punished'.
The girls their learnt English from each other, and since most of them were kidnapped on their way to school, they were able to keep their school books. ----------------------------‐-------------------
