Lottie
Lottie got up and grabbed her stuff, then left the medical room to head to practice. It was so sweet of Nat to come visit her. Maybe she did really care about her? No. This was totally fake, she was just doing it for the act.
Lottie arrived at the changing room and got ready, pulling her hair up with two yellow ribbons.
She was just lacing her boots when Nat arrived
"Hey" said Nat as she walked towards Lottie
"Hi" Lottie walked towards Nat and pulled her into a hug
"Thanks for visiting me" she whispered, blushing
A loud "AWWWW" erupted from Jackie who was standing behind them
"Guys let's head out there" said Jackie
"Wait I can't find my sock" said van
"In your other shoe" Nat answered
"Thanks"
"Nat, we'll see you out there" instructed Jackie
Nat nodded and with that the team walked out onto the pitch leaving Nat to get ready.

Natalie
Nat was glad everyone left before she got changed, it meant no one could see the bruises plastered around her body. She got changed and headed out to the field.
Practice went quickly enough, Jackie was being extra overbearing but that was just because they had a big game in a couple of weeks.
"Everyone gather round" shouted coach Martinez
"Good practice today guys, hope everyone is ready for the game coming up"
He walked away and everyone headed back to the changing room. Nat and Lottie started getting changed, Nat trying not to look at her too much, they kept making eye contact when they looked at each other at the same time. She didn't know why Lottie was looking at her, and she didn't know why she wanted to look at Lottie either, probably just so she could make sure Lotte couldn't see her bruises, yeah, that was it.
Nat got changed making sure no one saw her injuries and then waited for Lottie to finish fixing her hair.
"Lottie, your hair looks good, can we go now?
Lottie blushed
"Awwwww"  said Jackie, who waiting for Shauna
"Get a room" shouted Van from the other side of the changing room
"Ok, I'm done, let's go!" Said Lottie holding her hand out , Nat took it then they walked out holding hands. Lottie let go when they left the changing room and it sort of disappointed Nat, it just reminded her that thud want real. Not that she wanted to date Lottie or anything. She was really tall and pretty and made Nat happy and she looked really kissable, but like she didn't- well she- shit. She likes Lottie. She couldn't keep doing this. But she had to, she couldn't bail now, how would she explain it.
"You ok Nat?" Lottie asked putting her arm over Nat's shoulders, Nat blushed.
"Yeah, I just, I'm gonna walk home" said Nat pulling away from Lottie and speeding up.
"Oh, ok, um pick you up at eight" said Lottie

Lottie
Lottie didn't know what was going on, Nat basically just ran away from her, did she do something wrong? Maybe she was being too clingy, but she had to be to keep their act up so it couldn't be that.
Just as Lottie was considering the possibility's, her phone buzzed, it was Nat
Nat
Nat- Hey, I'll walk to yours so you don't have to pick me up
Lottie- oh, ok
Lottie- see you then
She put her phone away in her pocket and got in her car, she turned her music on and put the volume up. She didn't know why she was getting so worked up over Nat. This was all totally fake.
Soon enough Lottie arrived home and went upstairs to get ready, she looked through her wardrobe and picked out a pink skirt and a matching pink, off the shoulder, cropped top. She got changed and paired the outfit with some white socks and the same black boots she was wearing earlier.

Lottie went to the bathroom to fix up her makeup and hair. She wanted to look good for Nat, probably just to make a good impression, yeah. Lottie had some time so she decided to find something to eat so she wouldn't be drinking on an empty stomach. She decided on some ramen and thought about Texting Nat, she didn't know what, just something. Why was she getting so upset over this, it's literally nothing. She didn't like Nat. The whole kiss thing wasn't real, and never would be, she was being ridiculous. Lottie's thoughts were interrupted, her ramen was ready. She ate and then got ready to leave, throwing on a bracelet with L&N engraved on it , she found it going through her stuff, it was for her dog Nifty when he died, but it worked in this scenario.

Lottie sat on the couch, scrolling on instagram while she waited for Nat. She was just about to text her when the doorbell rung, Lottie got up and headed to the door, when she got there she pulled it open and Nat was standing there, in the same leopard dress she was wearing in whatever's Lottie's weird hallucination was. She looked beautiful. Neither of them spoke, the just stood looking at each other. Lottie stared at Nat, her hair looked beautiful and she was wearing Lottie's jacket above the dress. She just looked, wow.

Nat
Nat was staring up at Lottie. She looked so pretty. Neither of them said anything. Nat wondered if they were having a moment but quickly cut that thought short. Lottie Matthews, queen perfect did not like her, obviously.
"You look great" said Lottie
Nat blushed
"Your not so bad yourself princess" Nat said jokingly, trying to redirect from her blush
Lottie blushed
"Princess hey?" Lottie raised an eyebrow
"I think I prefer Matthews" more original, Lottie said
Nat gently pushed Lottie jokingly to break whatever this was, she could not deal with it knowing how she felt about Lottie.
They both laughed
"Come on" said Lottie, walking towards her car
Nat didn't respond but followed. They both got in the car not saying anything. Lottie turned on the music. She really does look beautiful, thought Nat.

They soon arrived at Jackie's house, it wasn't as big as Lottie's but still huge. They climbed out of the car and started walking towards the house. Lottie took Nat's hand and they walked in. This was gonna be something.
