Jungkook's voice broke the silence, he was shocked, his eyebrows furrowing in confusion; he immediately felt as if his heart stopped beating when he realized Jin wasn't there.

Soon, everyone's eyes widened, realizing that Jin was nowhere to be seen.

Everyone was shocked, Namjoon and Hoseok with wide, surprised eyes.

"W-where did he go?" Namjoon asked.

"He was with me all this time... now where did he go?" Hoseok said, panicking.

Frantically, both Namjoon and Hoseok called out Jin's name, "Jin!!! Where are you?!?!?" Their voices echoed off the walls like a desperate plea in the night.

But there was no response, making them both super worried and panicked.

"Oh great, we lost him," Lisa said.

"Yeah, but where is Jungkook now?" Kai spoke out, now everyone's eyes widened again, seeing Jungkook was nowhere to be seen either.

"When did he let go of our grip?" Lisa asked Jennie, shaking her head, not sure how and when Jungkook even slipped out of their hold and disappeared out of nowhere. They were all confused and surprised, knowing two members of their group just disappeared. It was now making all of them worried as they walked to search for the two.

"JIN!" Jungkook shouted, his heart pounding, sweat dripping down his forehead as he dashed through the dark corridors of the horror mansion. The flickering lights didn't bother Jungkook; he was solely focused on finding Jin.

Jungkook didn't know exactly why, but he felt goosebumps all over his body when he first realized he had lost Jin. How could he? If he had known that just moving his eyes from Jin for a moment would lead to this result, he wouldn't have ever taken his eyes off him.

Jungkook panicked, running everywhere, searching for Jin and calling out his name, but he got no response.

With every shadowy corner and creepy noise, a wave of fear washed over him. He was nervous about all the sounds, but his determination to find Jin pushed him forward. He needed to find him before he lost his mind.

Jungkook kept shouting Jin's name and running until his feet stopped and halted at its spot when he was passing by an empty dark room. Confused, Jungkook looked at the room without much thought. He entered the room as he heard some tiny sniffles sounds coming out of the room which drew his attention.

And soon, relief flooded over him; entering the room was the best decision for him. Because that's where, under the table, Jungkook found Jin curled up, hugging his knees, trembling in fear, soaked in sweat.

"Jin!" Jungkook's voice echoed with concern, yet there was a hint of relief as he knelt down to Jin's level.

"Jin, what happened? What are you doing here? Come on, get up!"

Jungkook's heart clenched as he heard Jin's trembling voice, "Jin, calm down, it's me, Jungkook. You're safe now, nothing will happen to you," he reassured softly, trying to soothe Jin's panic.

Jin, however, still kept trembling in fear, muttering words barely audible,

"Mghm...p-papa...d-daddy...scared...i-i am scared...daddy...i-it's dark...so dark!"

Jungkook's chest tightened, feeling as if a sharp knife were stabbing him as he listened to Jin's pleading. The vulnerability in Jin's soft voice struck him to the core. It was a feeling he had never experienced before, a primal fear coursing through him. He had no idea why, but he felt such pain and unknown fear thinking something could happen to Jin here, and he might have lost him.

Jungkook's shock and nervousness deepened as he felt his heart stop when he noticed Jin was unconscious by now. "Jin, Jin, get up! Wake up, what happened? Oh gosh!"

Jungkook softly shook Jin to wake him up, but Jin remained unconscious, his stillness adding to the fear gripping Jungkook's heart. Everything was scaring Jungkook so much.

Not wanting to entertain negative thoughts that continued to invade his mind, all thesw thoughts were eating him from inside.
It was a brand new feeling for him, one he had never experienced before for anyone.

Without a moment's hesitation, Jungkook pulled Jin's limp body into a tight embrace as he stood up and rushed out of there, calling Jin's name repeatedly to wake him up.

"Jin. Wake up. Please. Wake up, for God's sake! Please. Please. Please!" Jungkook whispered urgently as he ran towards the main entrance, clinging to the hope that Jin would soon awaken, safe and sound in his arms.

"Oh my God, Jin!"

"Jin, are you okay?" Both Hoseok and Namjoon ran towards Jungkook, who had just emerged from the mansion carrying Jin in his arms, who was still unconscious.

"Oh, is he dead?" Lisa asked, only to be met with Jungkook's deathful glare, startling her into silence.

"Come on, take him to the hospital. How can he just pass out so easily? Hurry," Yoongi said, as Hoseok and Namjoon nodded.

"You can give him to me," Namjoon said, unsure if it was alright for Jungkook to hold his friend like that.

Jungkook, however, backed away, not liking the idea. He tightened his grip on Jin's body and said, "No need," in a dark tone, causing Namjoon to back off, with a small nod, feeling a bit scared.

Soon, they hurried to the nearest hospital for Jin's check-up.
