Jin’s mouth fell open in disbelief. Of all the things he could’ve asked for, this was probably the most unexpected. "You want me to teach you English?" he echoed, incredulous.

Jungkook nodded, looking entirely too pleased with himself. "Yep. You’re smart, aren’t you? And besides," he added with a playful wink, "you can’t say no after I’ve helped you so much."

Jin groaned internally, feeling like he’d walked right into a trap. But he knew there was no getting out of this one. Jungkook wasn’t going to let it go, and Jin’s sense of obligation—thanks to his papa’s teachings—wouldn’t let him either.

"Fine," Jin muttered, crossing his arms. "But don’t expect me to go easy on you."

Jungkook’s smile only grew, his eyes sparkling with satisfaction. "Wouldn’t dream of it," he said, already looking forward to spending more time with Jin, even if it was under the guise of learning English.

Jin, on the other hand, was already dreading the endless headaches he was sure this "English lesson" was going to bring.

Jungkook shut the classroom door behind him with a definitive click, leaving the room eerily silent except for the ticking of the clock on the wall. He looked at Jin, who was standing near the desk, visibly uneasy.

"Y-yah, why do we need to be alone in here?" Jin asked, trying to keep his voice steady despite his nervousness. "And why do you look so smug?"

Jungkook leaned casually against the desk, a teasing smile playing on his lips. "Why? Are you scared?" he asked, his tone light but with an underlying edge. "Don’t worry, I won’t do anything... Actually, I can’t do anything against an angry bird like you."

Jin’s eyebrows shot up in surprise. "What do you mean by that? Are you trying to say I get angry for nothing?" he retorted, fists clenched at his sides. "Oh yeah? Want a knuckle sandwich?"

Jungkook chuckled, shaking his head as he took a step closer. "Relax, Jin. I was just joking. I know you get fired up easily, and I kind of like it," he said with a smirk. "It’s one of the things that makes you... interesting."

Jin glared at him, though the corner of his mouth twitched with reluctant amusement. "Seriously, Jungkook, you’re impossible. What’s with this sudden interest in teaching you English anyway? Why can’t you just ask someone else?"

Jungkook shrugged, his smile never wavering. "I could, but I think it’s more fun this way. Plus, I get to spend time with you, and you’re not exactly easy to forget."

Jin rolled his eyes, trying to ignore the warmth spreading through him despite himself. "Yeah, yeah. Just don’t expect me to go easy on you. You wanted this, so get ready."

Jungkook’s eyes gleamed with satisfaction. "Looking forward to it," he said, leaning in slightly. "Now, let’s get started. First lesson: how to get on my nerves in English."

Jin sighed, shaking his head as he prepared himself for the inevitable challenge. "Fine, but you better be ready to work hard. I’m not going to make this easy for you."

As Jin got into his serious mode, explaining English grammar with the same intensity he might use when performing on stage, he wrote down the rules on the board with precision. His passion for the subject was evident in the way he spoke, every word carefully chosen to ensure Jungkook understood.

But as he paused to check if Jungkook was following along, a mischievous thought crossed his mind. Jin couldn't help but giggle, the memory too funny to ignore. "Ah, I remember how you always mix up 'b' and 'd.' Like, really, dude, that made me think you were back in kindergarten!" Jin teased, his eyes sparkling with amusement.
