~Marriage proposal

"I want your first daughter" aarav demanded to ritika (ruhanika's step mom) as she didn't stop blabbering about Cindy.

"What? Wo shaadi ke layak nhi hai!" Abhinav (ruhanika's father) choked on his colddrink after hearing aarav's demand.
(She's not fit for this marriage)

"Hai toh aapki yeh ladli beti bhi nhi par iska rishta hai na! And isn't ruhanika 24 already? Then why isn't she fit for this marriage?" Aarav deduced with a sexy smirk...
( Not like your dearest daughter is fit for this marriage but still you're asking for her proposal,no?)

"How do you know she's 24?" Cindy made a cringed face as aarav didn't liked her and asked for ruhanika's hand. But Cindy literally drool over him and made about him.

"By my sources miss, do you have any problem with that?"

"No!"

Abhinav got up and requested Ashok(aarav's father) to take Cindy's hand in marriage and not of ruhanika's.

"Dekhiye Mr. Malhotra, mere bache ko Jo ladki pasand aayegi, wo hamare Ghar ki bahu banegi. Mein iss baare mein kuch nhi bolunga. Agar aapko ruhanika ka haath shaadi ke liye Dena ho toh-"
(See, Mr. Malhotra. The girl my son will like, she's gonna be the daughter-in-law of our home. I'm not going to say anything to him and if you want to give ruhanika's hand in marriage then-"

Aarav interrupted his father in between,"This isn't my wish, dad. This is my order that I'm going to ask them for her hand in marriage otherwise,I'm going to cut-off every deal with Malhotra productions"

"Now what do you think about it?" Lavanya asked ritika generally.

"But Cindy-"

"It's my yes..." Abhinav interrupted ritika in between to accept their offer.

"Aapki haan se kuch nhi hota. Humko ruhanika ki Haan sunni hai" Ashok asked them in order to bring ruhanika from her room.

"I'll bring her down" abhinav murmured.

He went to ruhanika's room where she was just reading a book and he made her got up by her wrist and held her shoulder tightly making her cry in pain,"Wash your fucking face and wear something good enough to be presentable and come downstairs quickly. Whatever goes there, you just have to accept, understood?"

"Y-yes, dad" sighed in pain to release herself from his grip.

After 15 mins~
Ruhanika wore a silhouette anarkali dress looking quite pretty and she wore that much make-up to hide her dark circles which appeared because of her crying.

The complete silence spread up as she walked downstairs and the sound of her anklet was echoing in the hall room which caught everyone's attention quickly.

Aarav's POV~
Her beauty still reflects and make the aura more beautiful surrounding her. She never faded, her vibe, her beauty, her perfect rosy lips, her cute mole on cheeks... Everything is still perfect and in order.... My ruhi is still perfect!

But who cares!!! Isn't it quite impressive to ruin this!?

Lavanya called ruhanika to make her sit beside her and give her a 'gorgeous' compliment. While Ashok told ruhanika and aarav both to talk privately if they're comfortable with each other.

As ruhanika's gaze turned to aarav's face to look at who's the guy who is asking for her hand in marriage. She was stunned by realising that it was Aarav and all the past memories and traumas hit her at that time where his face got her breathing got heavy and her heartbeat at a fast race.

Aarav stood up and walked up to the big garden outside their mansion giving a sign to ruhanika to follow him.

Without saying anything, she just followed him and on her way. Every thought and possibility of things getting wrong were getting in her mind. She was getting anxiety attack with her small hands trembling and dripping in sweat.

As aarav stopped at a bush and turned backward to look at ruhanika, his instant gaze made her breathing go more heavy.

"So Ms.malhotra-" as ruhanika heard his words,she was barely breathing at that time so she instantly took out her inhaler and tried to relax herself.

"Breathe ruhi, Breathe... It's just the starting and you're already scared of me. I don't think you can handle your dark future, can you?" Aarav walked upto her and said this in his dark and deep intimidating voice.

"Why are you here, Aarav-" tears were already filled in her eyes.

"To ruin you... To ruin your future...To ruin your whole existence, ruhi!!!" Leaned closed to her and whispered in her ear with a strong dominating tone.

"Why aarav? Why? Ab tum reh gye kya meri zindagi barbaad karne ke liye!" Ruhanika screamed at him.
(Now you're also here to ruin my life!!"

"Abhi toh mene ki kahan hai, shuruat baaki hai baccha" aarav laughed to make her cry more.
(I haven't even done yet something, the starting is left, kiddo)

Ruhanika's POV~

Why he's being like this? Why kanha ji?

Am I that bad that everyone keeps torturing me. I'm just giving up already. My hope is fading daily...

I'm done with all things, kanha ji. Please do something! Don't let people ruin your ruhanika! I'm still alive for Naina and one and only you.

You both are the close one which I only have hope with...(tears running down her face while aarav left her already to the hall room)
