It was the day of the match. Jordan was feeling excited and anxious at the same time. It's been long since she saw Marcus in play mode, she doesn't know how to feel about today. To start off the day, she woke up and took a shower. Jess texted her to go out for coffee since it's been long they saw each other. She drove to the cafe, she found Jess already waiting for her.

Jess: woah one question at a time. I went to the club with Liam and Elain, we found them there and they invited us to chill with them. Ohh and Marcus was asking about you the whole night. Nigga just can't move one. We even went outside he was blurbing about how much he misses and love you and that he wants you back. I was like bro you had your fair chance and you played with it now move on.
Jordan: Okay back to Trent now. What happened?
Jess: Ohh yeah. We talked the whole night and I spent the night at his place. The rest is history
Jordan: Omg Jess you are so bad. I'm so happy for you. So you are a Liverpool baby now
Jess: Yeah. Now what's going with you? You are about to have you ex playing against your fiancé
Jordan: Argg I don't even wanna see that. Kylian found out about what happened with Marcus the last time I was with him.
Jess: Are you kidding Jordan? What did he say?
Jordan: We didn't speak for like 2 weeks. But now we are okay. And I got a text from Marcus on Monday saying he wants to meet.
Jess: I hope you said no.
Jordan: I didn't reply to his text. I just blocked him
Jess: Good.
Jordan: Look at the time. I have to go pick up Luna and Bru ant the airport. I'll see you later.
Jess: Bye

They made their way to the stadium. The atmosphere was amazing. She had missed the feeling of watching games at home. The last time she was here at old Trafford was when she was still Marcus. She went to every single game he played. Definition of supportive girlfriend. It brought back old memories. The good memories. The made their way to the VIP section. After a while both teams made it to the field. The game started off so well with Neymar scoring the opening goal within 6 minutes. Everyone was cheering. It was amazing. In the 32nd minute Marcus scored, equalising. Now it was getting intense. She just smiled to herself. She didn't want to show any reaction. "Gone are those days" she just thought to herself. It was the end of the first. They discussed what they thought about the first half and of course, the equalising goal. After halftime the teams came back. Marquinhos scored a goal. Now they are dominating the game. Extra time was added and Neymar scored his second goal of the night. The match was over. She was a little sad that Kylian didn't score today but at least they won. They went down to leave. Jordan told the girls to wait for her at the other side she made her way to the bathroom. On the way she bumped into JesseLingard and Marcus. Damn.
