Warnings: bullying? Swearing, Rude comments, misunderstandings, gets worse before it gets better, miscommunication, stress, injury, fainting

Summary: basically Felix tries to resolve conflicts in the group, things spiral completely out of hand

(it's really angsty at first but the resolution is really sweet I promise)

__

Conflict was unfortunately getting more common these days.

As a group that had known each other for many years now, despite the close bonds and structured relationship it didn't necessarily mean conflict never occurred.

It started with pressure, they were approaching a month of craziness with the development of a new album.

This of course meant frequent late nights in the studio, dance rehearsal, music video production, photo shoots, interviews, deadlines.

Overall it was stressful.

Every time this occurred they had faced a number of conflicts, tension, and frustration.

Felix hated that.

Being the 'sunshine' of the group was a huge understatement, he hated conflict, he hated sitting by every comeback watching everyone hate each other for minor issues.

Of course nobody meant what they said, it was always the heat of the moment, yes it always resolved somehow in the end, but it still sucks.

But what if there was no conflict....?

It wasn't intentional, jeongin had left a mess of video games and snacks all over the living room. Felix had been at the wrong place at the wrong time, finding himself taking the blame for the mess after chan came home. considering he had walked into the scene with an angry chan, and no jeongin in sight.

It started off small, but things only progressed from their.

Minho threw on a pot of pasta at some point for a last minute lunch, leaving in a rush moments after when hyunjin called him in to try out some alternative moves he came up for on the group dance.

It was Changbin who found the mess, luckily no fire occurred but a completely overflowing pot of hot bubbly water, felix being the only one home at the time was called over and blamed for the mistake.

He found himself scrubbing away at the pan moments later, his head bubbling with ideas like the pot had earlier.

If he took the blame for these minor problems then he would be doing them all a favour, it's one thing for him to clean up a few messes and take the fault for what he could, I mean, one person causing problems is better then eight.

That's all it would be of course, minor problems.

Days went by and as stress and deadlines only built up and approached sooner, more issues became apparent.

Instead of simply taking all the blames, felix did what he could to prevent things before it even happened.

One night jisung had come back late after picking up their take out, whilst waiting for the members to come back to eat Felix had noticed the bag looked a lot smaller than what they usually got, as one could imagine feeding eight hungry grown men would require more than a singular lightweight take out bag.

And unfortunately it became clear that jisung had grabbed the wrong order the receipt listed their usual take out items, but the bag only held three small boxes, he couldn't imagine the members coming home starved and tired only to find the wrong order on the table.
