SUMMARY: Katherine Kim had been in love with Scott McCall, since the boy had ran after her, when seeing her fall off the top of the tree. He had ran to get her parents. And stayed with her at the hospital. Or, well, she stayed with him at the hospital. Scott send up having an asthma attack after all the running.

Later, around the time of Scott attacking Jackson, is when her parents are able to do anything.
