SUMMARY: Zachary Bernard Morgan* had been born with his powers, a mutant. But, he hadn't gone to the school for mutants. Had no idea such a thing existed. He moved states all his life, everytime it was revealed he had powers. Until, he moved to New York at twenty-one, with his father. He goes to the university, and meets someone who changes his entire life.

¹︎: Zachary meets foggy and Matt at college, he ends up still with his career choice in the fbi.

²︎: so, he knows Benjamin, but didn't catch the he had psychopath and sociopath tendencies until it was too late. He wasn't really ever partnered up with him. Had less that half a dozen conversations with him.

³︎: He sends Karen to them, or, sends them to Karen

⁴︎: Elekta getting jealous and saying that she and Matt were together

⁵︎: which happened to be after Matt and Zachary's date, he avoided Matt

⁶︎: Zachary does go on patrol, and almost immediately knows that the man in black, is Matt. He doesn't mention it to him. Matt figured it out after having an encounter with Zachary while patrolling

⁷︎: "You're always throwing your canes, seriously, before you actually gained money from being a lawyer, how the hell did you get the canes? There had to be a limit where they wouldn't pay for your missing canes anymore." Zachary deflecting from when Matt was listening to his heart

⁸︎: Since Zachary was in college with them, he met Electra. And, did see the way Matt acted with her, it's why he believed elektra so easy when she said she and Matt were together again

⁹︎: foggy thinking that the two would lates end up together, so he makes small comments on it. "You and beautiful women, and men. Seriously, it's like, you have a sixth sense for them."

¹︎⁰︎: Zachary knowing that Matt isn't dead, after defenders

¹︎¹︎: Benjamin going after Zachary, when he can tell how much Matt cared about him

¹︎²︎: Zachary's power is; Elemental Manipulation. So, he can control the elements; earth, air, water, fire
