SUMMARY: Malachi Jenkins had something wrong with him. He knew it, everyone knew it. Malachi had an advanced form of empathy, be coild get into the killer's mind, and think the exact same way as they do. It was why, for a while he had to stop working in the field. Then they took him off desk duty. Apparently, there was a team in need of his expertise.
