SUMMARY: Lorenzo Argent* was an experiment gone wrong. An experiment that was done before 'ultraman' by Lex Luther. But, when Lorenzo hadn't awake from the procedure, he moved on. But, late at night there was a break in in his facility. Or, more accurately; a break out.
Lorenzo Argent*, Iron Vixen* had escaped LuthorCorp.

¹︎: Lorenzo escapes from Luthorcorp, and kills four guards of Luthorcorp.

²︎: Clark hears their screams and moved to save them

³︎: "Superman, Lex Luthor wants you dead." Lorenz, being a GOD-AWFUL communicator, and is surprised when Superman thinks he is going to try to kill him

⁴︎: "What? No! I'm not going to kill you!" Lorenzo
"You just said Luthor sent you to kill me." Clark
"Yeah! Not that I was actually going to do it!" Lorenzo

⁵︎: Clark questioning him, in the Fortress of Solitude

⁶︎: so, the robots and superman can tell he's telling the truth

⁷︎: he tells superman about the pocket dimension

⁸︎: Lorenzo has a scar across his neck, where Lex planted a track, and where Lorenzo dug it out

⁹︎: Lorenzo purposely entering the picket dimension to rescue clark

¹︎⁰︎: but, he makes the mistake of hitting Lois, since he assumed her to be someone else against superman. Superman had to stop him

¹︎¹︎: Clark's identity is revealed later, as 'Superman' gets him a job at the daily planet. Since he 'knows a guy'

¹︎²︎: Lorenzo broke Luthor's jaw
