SUMMARY: Artemis Jefferson* hated the creature that she was. An angel, a being that, definitely shouldn't exist. She recalled how it happened, she was dying, and there had been no one around that could hear her mother-who was a witch-screams. Or, if there was, all ignored her desperate screams. And, the smell of Artemis's blood. Her mother had casted a spell, one much to powerful. As, after casting the spell, her mother had died. And, with the spell still casted, Artemis died. Then came back. Not as the same creature people typically come back as. But, as an Angel. Or, a version of an angel.
