SUMMARY: Raphael Donovan was an advocate for people with superpowers. He spoke out in their defense, both in a room of court and outside of it. Raphael, a lawyer, worked to defend those who deserved it. He didn't like to defend the ones who tilt eer murders. It's what gets him known to defend Superman. It's what nearly gets him in danger.
