"Sounding good." Gregor remarked, Vaera didnt flinch anymore when Gregor spoke up, she always assumed he was in her room or general vicinity. So when he spoke up her head turned to his voice. He usually said when he was leaving so she hoped he was around even if he sat in silence.
"Thank you." Vaera answered. "I love it still."
"Im glad." Gregor agreed. She smiled back at him and he stared at her hazy green eyes. They seemingly stared off into nothingness. "Keep playing." Gregor instructed. Vaera giggled nodding. He leaned back as she started to strum again but abruptly stopped.
"Gregor?"
"Yeah?" He drawled.
"Could you sit by me?" Vaera pat the spot beside her on the bed. "Please..." she heard him get up and move across the room. The bed shifted significantly with his weight.
"Go on." Gregor encouraged getting comfortable laying out on the bed. Vaeras head turned to him. "Go on im right here." He reached out a hand touching her back. She smiled strumming again.
Gregor watched her intently. He felt bad he could see all the colors all the shapes and life around him while vaera couldnt. He took advantage of life around him. Vaera could only use her other senses. He would give his eyes up for her. He wished she could see. She deserved to see. She loved all the colors and trees the plants and animals. Gregor didnt care about that stuff.
Not until vaera had him describe everything he saw on their rides.
"But what does it look like?" Vaera always questioned when he gave her a generic answer. "Describe it."
Gregor tried to describe things to vaeras liking but she always wanted more details.
Vaera smiled leaning back into Gregor as she put the stringed instrument down. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and she smiled up at the ceiling. Her bent knees tipped into him as fingers laced on top of her stomach.
Vaera wanted to speak up but she didnt want to ruin this moment. Her heart beat rapidly in her chest. She wondered if he could see how her body reacted to him.
"You alright?"
"Perfect." Vaera agreed.
"Your hearts beating out of your chest." Gregor countered.
"Im... im perfect." She assured. Gregor smiled knowing she couldnt see it.

"Daddy," vaera questioned and stated. He had a certain way he held himself. A certain walk. Everyone had a different way they walked into a room. Tyrion had short quick paces while tywin had long and paced steps.
"Hi my love." Tywin answered kissing her forehead.
"Do I smell cookies?" Vaera questioned. Tywin chuckled.
"Yes. Of course you do." Tywin agreed. He pressed another kiss to her head. "I have a meeting to attend. Your uncle is being an idiot."
"He usually is according to you." Vaera agreed.
"Well..." another hearty chuckled. "Yes. I will be quick and we can do something together. I could read you another few chapters of the story we were reading?"
"I would like that." Vaera agreed.
She had been able navigate casterly rock at least the areas she frequented alone. She knew the path. The number of steps every turn to get to the library, to the kitchen - usually she was following her nose to the kitchen- she always tried to know how to get back to her chambers. Her safe spot.
She heard heavy footsteps behind her. Gregor. She turned around a big smile on her face.
"Yeah. Im here." Gregor agreed nonchalantly.
"Vaera, Vaera!" Jaime declared picking her up from behind. Vaera flinched until she realized who it was.
"Jaime!" Vaera declared.
"Hey sweetie, I havent seen you in forever."
"and I will never see you again." Vaera agreed. Jaimes smile fell but Vaera continued to smile.
"Right." Jaime whispered. "I'm-"
"I'm just teasing with you. What are you doing here?" Vaera hugged him again.
"We are headed north to winterfell to fetch Stark."
"Why?"
"Hand of the king opportunity." Jaime answered blandly. "I'm scouting ahead."
"I figured he would ask father." Vaera admitted. "He was hand of the mad king for a long time."
"He is a fool looking for an old friend to get drunk with." Jaime agreed. "I dont suppose you would want to come?"
"She uses her other senses. I think she would like the snow." Gregor admitted
"Thats a long trip away from home." Tywin countered "i wish jaime would have discussed this with me... before getting her hopes up."
"She likes being outside the new textures and feels."
"You know my vaera well."
"I do." Gregor agreed.
"I still don't know." Tywin countered
"Think about it. For her."
"Absolutely not." Tywin demanded.
"Daddy it could be fun." Vaera countered.
"It would be a disaster." Tywin corrected. "You havent left the rock since-"
"Maybe its time I try."
"Winterfell is another fortnight away. Maybe longer, thats a long while to be in unfamiliar land, a lot of traveling."
"I could get to know Myrcella and Tommen better, I dont see them much." Vaera countered. "Please, dont say no daddy, Gregor will come with me." Tywin sighed giving in.
"Yes he will."
