Chapter-10

Author's pov 

Present time 

Samantha is staring at Damien who just remembered his past. All the bitter memories he once went through. Shoving all the memories aside he looked at Samantha and smirked. 

"Good to see you once again Samantha! How are you doing?" Damien asked her hiding his inner emotions well 

He won't let her know how much her presence affects him. He won't let her know anything just like he never did in the past. She won't ever know that there is a dead heart which only beats for her. She won't know what kind of obsession he has for her. How Possessive he is for her. The obsession is too high that he never lets anyone see her face. No one knows except Lilithia how she looks. They know she exists but the reality of hers is highly questionable for them. 

Samantha shivered hearing her name from his mouth. All the unsaid emotions rushed through her heart and made it hard for her to stand in front of him. 

"Leave me alone Damien Morningstar I don't want to be anywhere near you I don't want to breathe the same air as you, you disgust me." Samantha said trying to be brave 

Damien started laughing seeing her fake bravery but others didn't share the same thoughts as him. Lucifer and Ethan have a stoic expression on their faces. Ethan has just come to help them out and Lucifer never forgave Samantha for whatever she did to them. He was there with Damien when he was suffering alone. He killed himself along with Damien just to be with her. Only if their life didn't trick them so bad then their life would be so different from this. A happy family with children and peace! That just became a dream for them which their anger never allowed to become reality. 

Lucifer has loved Samantha but the hurt he felt was too much. He is created from Damien's tears he had to come so his brother won't be broken completely even though he knows how much damage it caused them. Only they know what they suffered. 

Rishav is thinking about how to fix Anya and his relationship and get married to her. He loves her very much and for the first time their life isn't messing up itself so he doesn't want anything to get out of his hands. She loved Caliban and Caliban also loves her but the web of lies has disturbed everything.

 He has no hope from Samantha because she never loved him nor her other humans but only Anya loved him and accepted him even after knowing everything. He will be damned if he loses her. He has stayed alone and died many times for Samantha but this time he wants his Little Birdie to be with him the love which he was supposed to get from her he got from Anya so there is absolutely no way he is letting her go away from him. 

He doesn't want to continue the enmity anymore; he wants peace not revenge. This revenge anyways has destroyed them not once but many times. He is tired of dying, seeing his lovers dying and losing his babies. He doesn't want to be like this anymore. He has done many things in the past but not anymore. This time their story won't have a tragic end. He will make sure of it. 

"You have to be exactly where I want you to be Samantha. It's good that you're actually back, it will be easy for us to take you home. We have toiled enough for you not anymore." Damien said and cursed himself for saying home 

It was never their home. That place is just his Castle where he stays with his brothers along with the haunting memories of Samantha. The warmth and sense of comfort you feel in your home he never felt. He doesn't know what actual home feels like. 

"I don't want to go anywhere with you Damien Morningstar. You killed my babies, don't you have any shame? You killed me and you want me to be with you? Never ever I will be with you." Samantha said and only she knows how much it pained to say that
