Chapter 18: Drama, Bomb, Peace, Binding, and Betrayal?

Felix's POV:

When Ji looks to us with shiny, joyful eyes and a huge gummy smile, I beam at the sight only to frown as fear strikes him when his eyes fall on Chan, Minho, and Hyunjin.

I look at the trio who didn't know only to find them in shock.

"No fucking way, this can't be happening!" Hyunjin shouts making everyone snap their heads at him in bewilderment.

"I-i need some air..." Hyunjin says swiftly, walking out.

I look to Ji as his eyes swell with tears of anger and heartbreak.

It looks like he's about to burst...

I rush to hold him and put up a barrier around us just in time.

The second the barriers complete, he lets out a heart-wrenching scream as dark magic bursts out of him all around us.

The only reason it doesn't affect me is because I have access to dark as well as light magic.

The only way to tap into the darkness without training is through heartache and misery.

But it's always been in his blood due to his mother's side of the family...

I let out my light to overpower the dark magic that Ji still continues to emit, but it's pushing back.

"Sungie, baby? I need you to calm down... please?" I ask, caressing his back.

"He-he left me! He left our babies! He-he left because of me! I-i'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" Ji wails as he latches on to me tightly.

"Shhh, he just needs time, baby. He didn't leave. He just stepped out for a bit to get his head around everything. He's still dealing with remembering his grandfather killing us in our past lifes. He just needs some time," I say softly, giving him light kisses on his head.

"I know why he's panicking..." Ji says with a soft sniffle.

"What do you mean, baby?" I ask with a sigh as he calms down a bit.

"In our past life... I was pregnant with seven as well... the only ones who knew where Jinnie, Min, Amaral (Hyunjins Grandfather), and myself because he had already killed the rest of you. Before he killed me and Jinnie... he killed the babies in front of us... Minho came in to see all of us dead and cast the starcross spell... killing himself in the process," He says, holding in his sobs.

"I- how did I not see this when the three of you got your memories back?" I ask, puzzled.

"Their hidden until everyone remembers..." He says in a pained voice.

I hadn't even noticed that the dark magic had dissipated as he calmed down more and more.

"Are you good now? Can I let the barrier down?" I ask softly, kissing his forehead.

He nods with a sad smile as more tears slowly fall down his cheeks.

When the barrier comes down, we see Hyunjin as he rushes to Ji and pulls him into a tight embrace.

"That's never happening again! I won't let it! I can't go through that in this or any life! Do you hear me? Nothing will happen to our babies again, I promise!" Hyun sobs as he holds onto Sungie as tight as possible without harming him or the babies.

"What do you mean nothing will happen to our babies again?!" Everyone but Min asks panicked and frightened.

"W-we can't t-tell you until y-you all r-remember... i-it ph-physically won't l-let us," Ji says, looking pale and weak.
