Kwangs POV:

We walk back to the house, and as we walk in the back door, O.de is walking down the stairs, but then we hear the sound of a car pull up.

O.de and Jooyeon make eye contact before they both beam a bright smile and run out the front door.

Both of my mates and Stray Kids follow the two out and are met with Joo and O.de looking pissed as they watch their other mates exit the van.

As soon as Jun Han exits the car, he bolts straight for the two mad looking men and breaks out into tears as he engulfs them in a hug.

"I'm so sorry they did that to the two of you! They told me everything as soon as the bombing happened! I thought I lost both of you! W-why didn't you get us sooner?! Or at least me?! I missed you so much! Why did you leave me?!" Jun Han wailed out, making both men in his arms freez.

Chapter 27: Stress Leads To Water

Jisungs POV

Seeing that face jump out of the van brought so many hidden memories back all at once...

I feel like I got the wind knocked out of me...

I don't understand...

Why were these memories taken from me? Does he remember me?

After all this time of us being friends, why now of all times am I suddenly able to remember?

"Ji-"

"-sung"

"Jisung!" I'm pulled out of my thoughts to find a worried looking Changbin holding my shoulders as he calls my name.

I stare at him with wide, panicked eyes as my hands shake.

I gulp down a cry as a single tear falls down my cheek.

I close my eyes as Binnie gently brushes the tear away and kisses my forehead.

"C-can you take me inside, please? I don't feel so good..." I whisper, feeling like I just got struck by lightning.

"Sure, baby," He says, taking my hand and leading me inside.

Jeongin's POV:

I watch sadly as Changbin leads Ji inside.

For the past month, I've been monitoring Ji's mind and keeping guard over it against the mind demon that plagues his thoughts.

But today, something much more unexpected happened as he looked at one of our closest friends, Jun Han.

We've been friends with Xdinary Heroes since before their debut, and it's shocking that he has just now unlocked the memories he shared with him before any of this ever happened.

I wonder who could have taken their memories and if Jun Han will be able to remember their past together or the fact that he's not as human as he thought...

"Where'd Ji go? I thought he wanted to give our mates a magic beat down?" Jooyeon laughs as he hugs O.de and Jun Han.

"He- he's not feeling well... Changbin took him to our room to rest. Um, I'll go check on them!" Felix says weirdly as he shifts his gaze between Joo and Jun with a forced smile.

I can only assume he was checking on Ji as well when he remembered...

But did he have to act so suspicious about it?!
