(Jack's POV)

I burst through the doors of the workshop with Elsa in my arms. Frantically looking around for help.

"You! Get North right now!!!!" I yelled at a confused yeti.

In my panic I couldn't tell which direction Elsa's room was for a moment. But I figured it out and rushed there.

I carefully laid Elsa down on the bed. She was still out cold, but still breathing. I stood at the door agitated, not wanting to leave Elsa unguarded, but frantically trying to find North or someone, anyone who could help cause I sure didn't know what to do!

It wasn't long before North came striding in briskly.

"Jack! Explain!" (to the point as always)

"I-I-I-I-I don't know." I stuttered, confused, "One minute she was standing there on the ice and the next thing she fell over. So I rushed her back here as fast as I could and-"

"What you mean 'back here'?! Was she not here!?"

"Well, we had gone outside-"

"OUTSIDE!!!" North boomed.

Thank the moon Tooth arrived just then (North must have sent for her).

She shushed as and went to check on and examine Elsa.

North continued in an angry whisper, "Why were you outside? "What where u thinking? How did this happen? You should have thought..."

North continued lecturing me. Blah blah responsibility, consequences, etc. etc.

I didn't need him to make me feel bad. I already felt bad. Why couldn't I just be responsible for once! Now Elsa was hurt or something, we didn't even know. I should have been paying better attention or just never taken her outside at all...

"I think I see the cause" Tooth pondered out loud. "She's extremely pale, her pupils are slightly smaller than usual, she has dark rings under eyes, puffy eyelids, slightly bloodshot eyes. Hmm... Did anyone else notice that she seemed off lately?"

"Now that you mention it I thought there might have been dark circles under her eyes but I thought it was just because her skin was so pale in comparison."

"She did seem slightly more sluggish, but I thought that was normal given the circumstances."

"I thought I noticed dark circles but it was the light, right?"

Tooth nodded thoughtfully and continued, "there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with her physically. I think she just fainted because she was fatigued. Going ice skating probably didn't help either." She raised an eyebrow in my direction.

"We weren't ice-skating!"

A look from North and I regained my composure, "So what? She just needs sleep?"

" I believe so, we should have Sandy come check on her dreams just to be safe."

'Why wasn't she sleeping?' I wondered.

Sandy arrived to check on her too. But when he summoned her dreams, the pictures above her head were moving and changing too fast for anyone to see clearly. Not even Sandy. That was something we hadn't seen before. What was she dreaming about? And what could we do to help without knowing?

There was nothing we could do but wait. I didn't like waiting or feeling helpless. I needed to do something, to feel useful. So I left some lavender next to her bed, in the hopes that it would help. I remembered her telling me something about it helping. Where did she learn so many random facts?
