Will's house was huge compared to me and Henry's shed.
For one, he had an upstairs. Not just that, but they completely used the upstairs as a sleeping corridor. I awed looking up the staircase.
"Mom, I'm home!" Will called, snapping me out of my daydream.
A woman who looked not a day older that thirty-five appeared. She had tired eyes, her black hair was put up into a messy bun, and she wore an apron, probably in the middle of cooking.
She walked over to Will and cupped his face in her hands, planting a kiss on his forehead. "Welcome back William," she smiled before her attention turned to me. "Who is this?"
"I'm Clara. Clara Emily," I answered, returning the smile.
"Emily.." she looked as if she was trying to remember something. Her eyes soon lit up. "Ah! Emily! Your Henry's sister right?"
"Yes I am," I replied.
"She's his twin," Will added, taking his shoes off and throwing his jacket on a coat hanger. "The smarter one, I must add."
I rolled my eyes but didn't protest.
"What brings you here?" Mrs. Afton asked.
"We're partners," I answered.
"Partners?" she echoed, eyeing me up and down. "William you didn't mention any girls to me!"
"We're partners for a project," Will clarified, his face turning a bit pink like my red face. "I invited her over to spend the rest of the evening working with me."
Mrs. Afton looked a bit flushed for her mistake. "My apologies, dear. I didn't mean to scare you," she apologized. "If either of you need anything, don't be afraid to ask."
"Of course, Mrs. Afton," I nodded.
"Please, call me Molly," she smiled.
I didn't respond only because she had left before I could, muttering something about Will that I didn't catch. Will, on the other hand, completely heard it and frowned before sighing. "Come on, let's not waste anymore time," he said, leading me up the stairs.
I followed behind him, noticing the amount of doors. One door was a little open and through the crack I saw someone who looked a lot like Will, who I assumed was his brother.
Will's room looked a lot like Henry's room, except more neat. Henry sure knew how to make a mess, that's for sure.
"I apologize for the mess," Will said. "I didn't have much time to clean." He kicked a couple of clothes under his bed.
"I don't mind," I smiled, sitting down on his bed. "So where do we start?"

MidnightHenry had come by earlier and gave me comfortable clothes along with clothes for the next day. Will let me use his shower, which I had done earlier.
We worked very hard and actually managed to finish the project, although the both of us were exhausted and sitting on his bed.
"God that took so long," Will whispered, not wanting to accidentally wake his brother or parents.
I nodded, letting out a yawn of my own. "You should probably go to bed," Will suggested.
"Yeah," I yawned.
"I'll take the floor," Will offered. "You can sleep on my bed."
