" We're here at the paddock, the wait for the new season has finally ended! The Bahrain circuit is booming with fans, all ready for Formula 1 racing 2024!"
"While we wait for the testing to begin, we HAVE to mention the silly season earlier this year! Can you believe it!? Lewis Hamilton will be moving to Ferrari next year, Leaving Carlos Sainz without a seat and contract!"
"This season is going to be very interesting knowing about Lewis' move and more importantly Carlos Sainz's need to perform and show the rest of the teams on the grid, what he got! Which would want us to question if he would prioritise the team or HIS performance. It's going to be a challenging one for Carlos AND Ferrari for the 2024 season!" Reporter 1 wraps his bit of his speech.
Reporter 2 begins hers "Indeed agreed! But the silly season was not only for just the drivers! There are rumours in social media and whispers in the paddock that team principles are in talk with engineers from other teams!"
"It has become an open secret that Ferrari is in talks with RedBull's Chief Technical engineer. It would be interesting to see what RedBull is going to do to maintain their current dominance, with high chances of their star engineer being gone! RedBull is yet to make a comment on this." She finishes her speech.
"But-" the first reporter continues "there has been some speculations about RedBull wanting to give this one younger engineer a chance, to fill in their star engineer of 65years. There have been discussions around the paddock to see who this engineer exactly is, and which team they're currently in!"
In the paddock Ferrari's area
"How are you feeling? First race, last season with Ferrari!" Papa Sainz asks Carlos who just walked out in his racing suit.

"The excitement is always there. And we have a whole year of racing, so I'm determined to do my best and try to make some records hopefully" he responds being optimistic.
Mama Sainz smiles fondly "Is Siya going to be here today?"
"Yeah, she's flying last minute due to some issues at work. She should be here soon." Carlos takes a seat at their table.
"Do you know anything about RedBull's engineer being switched to Ferrari? And about the new engineer that the reporters have been rumbling about?" Papa Sainz asks looking towards the bunch of reporters bustling a couple of feet away from the paddock.
"I do know that Ferrari is still in talks" Onaro also joins the table "but we haven't had much information about the new engineer. The mechanics are saying it is probably McLaren who has him, if it's a him." Onaro shrugs
"Oooh I guess this person is a big deal for McLaren, seeing how they're guarding him/her especially from their rival, Ferrari's eyes" Papa Sainz speaks his thoughts.
