Tito's POV

"I'm having a party tonight at my mom's record store.." Marley said over the phone. "You can bring your brothers too- the older ones, not the little ones... No offense, they're cute but- y'know. Anyways, my mom's cooking and we're just gonna groove! It'll be great! You coming?"

I smiled a little bit and chuckled at her excitement. "I'll be there.." I hummed and she squealed.

"Right on!" She shouted excitedly. "I'll see you then, okay Tito?" She giggled excitedly and I hummed in confirmation. She squealed again and sighed, the smile on her face was damn near audible on her voice. "Okay, cool beans, see you on the flip side!" She hung up and I got up to go to Jermaine's room.

"Hey Maine? You wanna go to a party tonight?" I asked and he looked up, smiling at me. "For sure! Where's it at?" I came in his room and shut the door. "it's at Marley's mom's record store. They're gonna have good eats and everything. You and Jackie should come!" He smirked and got up. "I'm getting ready.. man, I ain't got no new threads or anything! Go see if Jackie's on board.. but, I'm coming."

I nodded and snickered happily "It's gonna be off the hook!" I walked out of his room and went to Jackie's room. "Esco!" I sat on his bed and he jumped. "What Toriano?!" He turned to look at me and I smirked. "I'm going to this groovy party at the record store downtown, you should come..."

"You're going to see that girl?"

"What can I say? She's my bunny- plus, she's a brick wall.. I just.. have you seen her? I can't help myself. I need her bad, Jackie-" I gushed, smiling. "She's everything!"

"And you think she's gonna be with you? Dream on, kid." He sat up. "I'm getting ready, I'm getting ready. Now, get out."

Later, Jermaine, Jackie, and myself arrive at the party just as it was starting, a little late but, you can't blame me. I almost immediately started looking for Marley and finally my eyes landed on her, she was in the corner talking to some people.

What can I say, time stops every time I see her. She's so gorgeous, she puts me in a daze. I just couldn't help but to stare. I mean...

Damn.

My heart is literally beating out of my chest while I stare. The way she's smiling and playing in her hair... She's killing me.

"You didn't lie.." Jackie said and I snapped out of my trance. "Lie about what?" I asked, confused and he smirked at me. "She really is a brick wall.." I sighed and rolled my eyes.

"Shut up, Sigmund."

Jermaine had already disappeared, I didn't even know where he went. It was expected though, he always walks off. He's an idiot..

"Toriano!"

I turned around and smiled as Marley ran over to me. "Hii!" She cheered, hugging me. I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her close. "Hi, honey.." I whispered, smiling. We let go and she looked at Jackie.

"Is this the one you were telling me about?" She asked and Jackie grabbed her hand, smiling. "I'm Jackie, Jackie Jackson. The one, the first, the original."

She smiled back as he shook his hand. "I'm Marley, I'm sure Tito's talks about me. It's nice to meet you! You're the oldest?" She asked curiously and he looked down. "no.. I have an older sister, Rebbie. You'll meet her someday, Tito will introduce you to the rest of the kids whenever you come over."

He let go of her hand and she nodded. "How many kids are there?" He shrugged "there's.. ten of us. Hold on.." he stopped to count on his fingers. "Yeah, ten.. including Brandon."

"Br-" she started and I stopped her. "I'll tell you later." She nodded and Jackie looked up. "Oo, I'll see the lovebirds later, that girl looks like she needs Esco in her life." He walked off and Marley smirked at me.

"Lovebirds?" She raised an eyebrow and I rolled my eyes. "Of course, Marley..." I shoved her playfully and she raised an eyebrow at me.

"Tito?-" I laughed and grabbed her hand. "I'm kidding. But, let's pretend for the night..." I got lost in her eyes and she turned away, taking me over to a table so she could get something to drink. I made myself a plate with some food and she was smiling, shaking her head.

Jermaine walked over laughing. "Torianooooo! I'm so bad!" He giggled and I looked at him. "Your eyes are red, were you crying?" He blinked at me, trying not to laugh. "Uh-yeah.."

I looked him up and down suspiciously and he started eating food off of my plate. I rolled my eyes and smacked his hand. "Jermaine, I'm literally not even done making my plate. Get your own food."

"How high are you?" Marley asked and he smiled, hugging her. "I'm fine Marley! How are you?" She stared at him before hugging him back. "hey, 'Maine..." He grabbed a cupcake and walked away, giggling.

"He's gone." She laughed and shook her head. "What do you mean?" I asked and she smiled at me. "He's fucking zooted, bro.." I smirked and pushed her playfully. "I'm not your bro, Marley."

"Oh really?"

  She smirked back at me, staring into my eyes as she did so. Her eyes are so pretty- I mean.. damn! I cannot stress this enough you guys! It's like her eyes light up whenever she looks at me.

"Yes, really.."

  I giggled and broke our eye contact, finishing fixing myself a plate. "Not your bro." I shook my head and she sighed. "You know, you have me thinking you're trying to flirt with me.." she teased and I rolled my eyes. "I am  flirting with you, honey." I laughed and she stopped and stared at me.

"Really?"

"Yes, really." I said plainly, rolling my eyes. "you haven't noticed?" She shrugged and finally looked back at me. "I mean, I just assumed you were being friendly..." She shrugged and looked down.

"Look at me, Marley." I grabbed her chin and she looked up.  Look at those eyes... They're so big I mean, she's staring at me like a deer in head lights.

"You really like me?"

"Affirmative.." I nodded and she smiled, hugging me tight. "Oh gosh, I've liked you for so long!" I just chuckled and hugged her back. "Really now? And you still couldn't see I liked you back?" I joked and she rolled her eyes. "Whatever, Toriano - y'know, I liked you and you didn't know I like you either!"

I just giggled, shaking my head. We stopped and looked at each other before Marley smiled and gently pressed her lips against mine.

"They're so soft..."

She kissed me again.

"I've been waiting so, so long..."

This time I kissed her, wrapping my arms around her waist. She kissed back and eventually we stopped, looking at each other and giggling.

"God, you're so cute!" I said excitedly between laughs. "I'm so.. obsessed with you!" I smiled and she just looked like she was melting. Like my eyes were burning through her skin. I could tell, she looked so shy, like she was flustered.

"Do you want me to stop looking at you?" I asked and she kissed my cheek "yes Tito, you're distracting me.."
