Day Trip to Malibu

Marley's POV

  I was on my way to class when Tito called me. I answered and he giggled "could you find Amara and come outside. Me and Jermaine are ditching school and we wanted you two to come." I rolled my eyes "Amara is right next to me. And you're always ditching school.."

  We walked outside and got in Tito's car "hey y'all" I smiled and Amara got in next to me "heyy!" Jermaine smiled "we're taking a little trip to Malibu." Tito nodded "we're gonna stop at the mall and the beach-" I interrupted "I don't even have my nails done." Amara agreed "Can we stop at the nail salon?" Tito smiled at us. "Of course we can! We'll head there first." He started his car and drove off.

  Jermaine pulled out a box of Black & Milds. Tito looked at him "you know Marley does not smoke." I sat up "it's cool I guess.. just roll the window down." Amara looked at me "I be forgetting you dont partake in those activities." I shrugged "well maybe after I graduate but, I don't see any point now. I barely even drink, just on some occasions."

  Amara reached to the front seat into Jermaine's pocket "where's your lighter at bae?" He handed it to her "why do you need it?" She sat in her seat "Because it's almost lunchtime and I need my blunt.." he smiled "all you do it smoke" she rolled her eyes "nigga, all you do is complain." He smiled "I'm sorry baby" she kissed him and sat back in her seat.

  We were crusing down the highway and then the police pulled up behind us. Tito pulled over and sighed "I'm so glad I don't have my license plate on the back of my car.. please lord forgive me" I stared at him as he watched the officer get out his car. "What do you mean Toriano-" Then he sped off and got off on the nearest exit "I just broke the law."

  I stared at him "it's not the first time.. I mean, come on now! Underaged drinking, underage smoking of tobacco and marijuana products, driving intoxicated-" he sighed "I was not intoxicated I was tipsy." We stared at each other in the rearview mirror and I looked at Amara.

  "Do you see this shit?" She giggled "yeah. He's in-fucking-sane" I nodded "Just like his brother?" She pouted "My baby is not insane." I looked at her "He said if you tried getting with someone else he'd kill you and then himself and hold you hostage in the afterlife...?" Jermaine looked at me "And I would. That's not insane. That's true love." I nodded slowly.

  "Okay... Anyways-" he shrugged me off and looked at Amara "Can I have my lighter back?" She re-lit her blunt "Yes baby here you go." She handed it to him. He sat back in his seat and Amara looked at me "Wanna do something crazy?" I nodded and she giggled "Imma blow my smoke into your mouth. You inhale it and breathe it out your nose" I nodded "okay-" she leaned in and blew the smoke in my mouth.

  I inhaled it and coughed "What the fuck--" she giggled "I'm sorry girlie" she rubbed my back as I coughed "never again. Never." We giggled and Tito pulled up to the nail salon.

  "Mar, you want a manicure and pedicure, right?" I nodded and he just handed me like 200 dollars "can you work with this?" I nodded "yes I can. Thank you baby" I kissed him and he bit his lip "have fun!" I got out the car with Amara and Jermaine went in with us. We got sat down and Jermaine made sure we were good before he left.

  Like an hour or two later we were done and waiting for Tito and Jermaine.  They pulled up and me and Amara got in the car "did you bring our flip flops?" Jermaine handed them over and smiled "Mara, we're going to your favorite place" she smiled "the mall! Malls in Malibu are my favorite." I smiled "you are just like a life sized barbie doll.."

  We got to the mall and got out the car. I walked next to Tito and showed him my nails excitedly "you like?" He smirked "I do. They'd look good wrapped around my... you know" Amara smirked at me "you know? Toriano I don't think she knows" I stared at them "oh um yeah I.. definitely know." Tito smirked at me.
