Ashton:

"I can't breathe." You hiss out as tears stream down your cheeks. Too many people were crowding around you at the moment. It's not that they were doing it on purpose, but when you stand backstage at a 5SOS show it was bound to happen. You sit upon the ground, shaking and bawling your eyes out. Your eyes are focusing on the ground while you try your best to breathe in and out, though it felt as if your lungs were collapsing.

"Where is she?" You hear from far away, though the person had to be standing somewhere near you. "Y/N! Baby!" Ashton falls to his knees in front of you and cups your face in his hands. "Look at me." He pries your eyes from the floor and makes you look into his eyes. This wasn't the first time you had had a panic attack, so Ashton knew exactly how to calm you down.

"I c-can't b-breathe." You cry out, gripping onto his sweaty biceps. His thumbs caress your cheeks as he nods his head.

"You can breathe. Inhale through your nose, big inhale baby." You do as he says, though your crying made it nearly impossible. You tremble on the floor, being unable to stop shaking. Your eyes wonder the crowd around you.

All the people were staring down at you, some even taking photos and recording videos, which only made it worse. They had blank expressions on their faces, some smiling as they stare at their phones. You grip harder onto Ashton and cry out harder.

"Hey, back up!" He yells to the crowd as security runs in your direction. "Y/N, look at me." He moves your face by your chin so you're looking directly at him. "It's only you and me, baby. No one else is here. I just need you to breathe with me, okay. You can do it." You focus all your attention to his voice, the way it soothed your nerves was like magic.

After you had calmed down again, Ashton helped you stand and then had security take you back to the dressing room so the boys could continue their show, though Ashton didn't want to leave your side.

Calum:

"Calum! Y/N! Boys!" The screams of the media and paparazzi were scary enough, but when you added the fear of having a panic attack to the mix it was frightening. You grip onto Calum's arm, hoping that he'd pull you to the car faster. "How's the new album coming? How's the tour?" People were pushing closer and closer to you, some even shoving you about.

The feeling to breathe was getting harder and harder as you fought your way along with the boys. Calum reaches back and holds onto your hand, gripping it slightly. The flashes of the cameras was making you unbelievably hot, the point where you felt as if you'd pass out. Oh God no, not now. Please no. Your chest felt as if rocks were being piled on top of it. Your body shook uncontrollably as Calum finally pushes you into the SUV.

Somehow you allow yourself to climb into the back. You duck your head between your legs and rock, mumbling fearful things to yourself. You grip at your hair and try to regain normal breathing, but nothing worked.

"Baby." Calum places his hand on your back, causing you to sit up. He sees the fear on your face and your heavy breathing, as well as the sweat dripping from your forehead. "Y/N, you're okay. Shit, you're okay." He says. He scoots away from you to give you some space. "Lean back." He helps you lean back so you're resting your head against the seat. "Close your eyes and breathe." You take ahold of Calum's hand, squeezing the life out of it. Everything's fine. We're sitting at home watching TV. Nothing just happened. You're okay, you can breathe. "Talk to me." Calum utters, lightly brushing your sticky hair out of your face.

"I'm, uh-" You let your eyes flutter open, to witness Calum, Michael, Luke, and Ashton staring back at you with wide eyes, "I'm o-okay." You stammer out with a shaky breath as you grip onto Calum's hand. "Thank you."

Luke:

"Oh my God, I'm gonna pass out." You cry out into Luke's shoulder as you shake uncontrollably. You were never a big fan of flying, or traveling at a moments notice for that matter, so touring with the boys was not as fun as you thought it would be. "What if we don't make it there on time? What if the plane crashes? Oh God, what if our luggage doesn't make it there?" You ask in a rapid-fire manner.

"Y/N." Luke says, pulling you from his chest. The two of you sat off in the corner, near the gate. You had about ten minutes before they were to start boarding, but Luke wasn't going anywhere without you. "You're okay." He says, cupping your head in his hands. Tears cascade down your cheeks. You fan yourself with one hand and try your best to breathe slowly.

"I feel sick." You mutter sadly, wiping the tears away with the back of your hand. Luke sits beside you and pats your knee reassuringly.

"It's okay, Y/N, just take your time and take nice deep breaths." He encourages. You inhale and exhale slowly and deeply, running your hands through your slightly messy hair.

"But we could miss the flight." You cry out, at the sudden realization that you only had so much time. Luke curses to himself before pulling your shaking and crying body into his.

"Ma'am, are you alright?" A woman's voice asks from above you. You pry your face from Luke long enough to see a slender woman before you. You try and give her a thumb's up, but your hand was just too shaky. "Does she need a medic?"

"No, no she just needs to sit here for a bit. Thank you." Luke answers for you. The woman stares at you for a bit longer before walking away.

You take fifteen more minutes to breathe and calm down your nerves before you and Luke made your way back to the entrance of the plane. The boys were waiting patiently for the two of you, Calum holding your stuff while Michael held Luke's.

"You okay?" Ashton asks. You simply nod; fearing if you spoke you might break again.

Michael:

"Where is she?" You hear from outside the dressing room. It's Michael's voice and the way he's speaking he sounds worried. You rock back and forth on the floor, gripping at your hair. The darkness surrounds you, trying to calm you down fully. "Well, what happened?"

"I don't know, I was in there with her and then all of a sudden she just couldn't breathe and she felt as if she was going to pass out. She collapsed on the floor, crying and shaking. Then she just kicked me out." That was Ashton's voice. Before any other words were exchanged, the door to the dressing room was opened. Light poured into the room, causing you to shield your eyes.

"Babe." Michael places a hand on your shoulder and sits down beside you.

"I'm fine." You answer, the shakiness still present in your voice.

"What happened?"

"What always happens Mikey." You whisper. "I'm fine now." You sit up fully, leaning back against the couch. Michael stares over at you in the darkness worry all over his face. "Michael, really, I'm fine."

"Have you been taking your medication?" You shrug your shoulders and stare down at the floor. "Y/N, you know this happens if you don't take it." You nod your head and lean against Michael, resting your head on his shoulder.

"I know, I'm sorry. I j-just-"

"Hey," Michael interrupts you and pulls you onto his lap. "It's okay. Just let me get my stuff and then we can go back to the hotel room and rest, sound good?" You slowly nod your head.

"Thanks Mikey." He leans forward and kisses your slightly sweaty forehead.

"Noproblem babe."
