Posted up in the lab, Maggie was watching the field from the massive window overlooking it inside, behind her Shuri was disconnecting the neurons one by one, Vision twitching on the table as she did this, Wanda held his hand, looking on nervously, glancing from Vision to Maggie every few seconds.
Looking out Maggie could see the three figures of Steve, Nat and T'Challa walking away from the group to the barrier, meeting with two other figures that were waiting for them, the woman from Scotland and a new alien guy.
The conversation didn't last long as the three walked away, the crater spaceships opening and releasing what looked to be massive rabid dogs.
The rabid dogs racing towards the barrier, emerging from the trees as they kept coming one after another, not stopping as they threw themselves into the barrier, killing themselves so that others could break through.
She could see Sam shooting at them as Rhodey dropped grenades all along the side of the barrier, the rabid dogs still running as they were set alight, other beginning to wrap around the sides of the barrier, trying to get behind them.
She could also hear them discussing to open part of the barrier to keep the rabid dogs in front of them.
Their side of the battle then began to rush forward in yells as they then opened the barrier, it coming down and the rabid dogs bursting through, racing forward to attack anything it could find.
Steve and T'Challa were ahead of the group as they ran faster, jumping up as they collided with the rabid dogs, fending them off.
"How much longer, Shuri?", T'Challa panted down comms.
"I've barely begun, brother", Shuri spoke back, anxious about the clear time schedule that she was on, tapping the hologram to disconnect the neurons as quick and efficient as she could.
"You might want to pick up the pace", he grunted back.
After he said that Maggie panicked internally more as she watched all of her friends being jumped and out numbered by these dogs, all of them fighting to get up but being unable to.
Putting her hands up to the glass, her fingers shaking as her hand rested on it, having an internal debate with herself as her eyes teared up at the sight.
"There's too many of them!", Bruce's screams came down comms as they savaged at him.
Just as she decided she was going to leave the lab and enter the battle field a bright light came shooting down the sky, an axe emerging from the light.
Lightning crackling around it as it bashed away all the dogs off of people, it then being called back into the light, the brightness calming down as it did to reveal three figures.
Two of the figures seemed to be a tree?...and a rat...raccoon, Maggie couldn't see from here, but she did recognize the figure now holding the axe.
She'd never met him, but everyone knew about Thor, even if she did live under a rock most her life she knew who he was, and he seemed vengeful as he ran forward, jumping up high and slamming his axe into the ground, sending lightning all around, leaving a crater where he slammed the hammer.
