Solar Eclipse Fanfic: Idunna and Toundra

Chapter 1

Idunna strided between the trees of the Middle Realm admiring the bright sun that shone down on her. She lifted her hand to shade her face as she looked up at the sky, feeling the breeze blow through her hair. "What a beautiful day" she thought to herself. She listened to the birds sing and the sound of the rushing water coming from a nearby stream as she continued walking. About twelve minutes into her walk, she suddenly got a bad feeling. A presence she didn't recognize. She looked around and, feeling the presence coming from the direction of the stream, decided to try and find whoever was emitting this aura. She walked for about seven minutes before hiding behind a tree and peering out at the water. Her eyes widened as she saw what looked to be a near eight foot tall dragon creature bathing in the stream. This dragon was a female, with giant horns and an even bigger tail with a trail of fluffy fur going down the center. Idunna couldn't help but stare at this fascinating creature. Then she realized she was staring at a naked woman and all at once her face went red with embarrassment. She immediately looked away and gathered herself before walking away with her thoughts.  "Hmm... That couldn't have been a creature of the Middle Realm. She was far too big. Maybe Antheia knows what she is." With that, Idunna left the Middle Realm, on a quest to find out who that mysterious creature was.
