In an unknown luxury penthouse.

"Excuse the interruption sir. But I thought you might like know..." A middle-aged man spoke in a cool and collected monotone after exiting the elevator wearing a neat tuxedo with glasses. He was an African-American with brown skin, brown eyes, and a short cut with fair-build.

The room itself had a lot of free space. In the center of the room was an expensive round shape glass table with cushioned armchairs on the left and right side. Decorated with four column pillars.

Pass them was another expensive table having a laptop and a computer and behind it was a large chair. "The shipments have arrived in the city. Our buyers are in place. The transfer of the merchandises should go smoothly. And the police are still ignorant of our activities." He finished standing formally in front of the desk.

"Excellent." Someone replied from behind the chair facing the window. When the chair was turned, it revealed a man sitting on it. He was a tall African-American man, roughly seven feet, who had an extreme muscular build. His black hair was short and slicked back with prominent sideburns. He wore a beige suit over a dark shirt, matching suit pants, with a pair of wingtips. "I trust they'll be no mistakes. When does my appointment arrive?" He asked his assistant.

This was Benjamin King, otherwise known as "The Big Man". A notorious crime boss who controls most of the organized crime in New York, his gang called the Harlem Knights. Under King, the Harlem Knights control prostitution and gambling rings, holds numerous protection rackets, and have turned their attention to more legitimate business ventures, such as the music industry's Kingdom Come Records. To the city, he was a public darling.

"I believe currently she is busy with that special assignment you gave her. She should be finished within approximately an hour from now." Charon explained. His assistant was Charon. Benjamin's most trusted employee, his enforcer and "go-to" guy as well as the hotel concierge of his building

Meanwhile, elsewhere...

The police lieutenant was given orders by Captain Jackson, to not send his men to arrest the female fugitive Scorpio until enough backup arrived. However, the lieutenant, unconcerned with "juris-my-dick-tion" from the captain, disobeyed orders and sent two police units to capture her prior to their arrival, believing her to merely be a little girl.

The units, consisting of four members, then arrived at the place Scorpio's location was traced: Room 113 at the abandoned Heart and Pleasure Hotel. They then entered the room and tried to arrest her, with her playing along by raising her hands in apparent surrender. She was a beautiful young African-American woman with light brown skin with shoulder-length black hair and matching eyes. She had a curvy yet a very athletic build. She was wearing a slim purple and black leather jacket, slim leather black pants and tall dark boots.

Outside the hotel, the captain along with detective Harvey arrived to discover the police presence as well as sensing the police in the building. "Smith." The captain then called over the lieutenant who muttered a curse quietly, "Smith, I believe I gave you specific orders to not enter that building." He reminded him

"Forgive me, sir. But I didn't want to take the chance of her escaping before you and detective Harvey arrived." Lieutenant Smith explained.

"I gave you that order for your protection not because I doubted your skills as a police officer. The fugitive we're currently chasing is a very dangerous one and has never escaped us by being lucky." The captain explained.

The lieutenant laughed, "I think we can handle one little girl." He spoke smugly. Harvey and the captain then departed, "I've sent several units! They're bringing her down now!"
