In an unknown dark cave.

The sounds of footsteps could be heard heading towards the stone that the light of the moon shone on it. The pair of footsteps were walking gracefully as if it had no care in the world. The individual stopped walking as he finally stood in front of the stone while the light of the moon shined above him.

This person had a slender, yet fairly muscular figure for a teenager. He had mid-length, white hair which was swept back and light brown skin. His eyes were covered by a black blindfold.

He was wearing a close-fitting ankle-length orange coat with a large hood that concealed his face, and long sleeves along with two waist-high slits going up forming three separated coattails. It had a large silver zipper that fastens at the top and zips down to seal the coat. It had silver drawstrings for the hood, each with a large silver shuriken hanging from the end. It also had a silver chain ornament adorned with five large cylindrical silver beads that fastens to a loop on either side of the collarbone region. A neon blue lining runs across the edges of the coat and interior. Both sides of the coat possessed diagonal pockets with neon blue lining, and the back of the coat features a Kanji for “Striding Wind”.

Underneath he wore a forearm-length, black form-fitting top with a turtleneck. He was wearing black gloves with silver lining, slim, leather black detailed pants with decorative zippers, a belt with a silver buckle and tall, dark boots with silver trimmings.

The figure then looked up at the full moon despite his eyes being concealed by the blindfold. Then without notice, the figure sensed something, that cold dark void feeling that came from non-human beings. He calmly turned around with a stoic face to see the approaching threat.

It was a fairly large demon, kind of reminded him of a spider only walking on two legs and the two other legs were arms. “I’ve finally found you, assassin. I told you I would be able to follow your rancid scent. No matter where you go, you will never be able to hide from us. I’m gonna make you suffer for what you did to my compatriots.” The demon spider said in it's language, glaring at the so called assassin who seemed not to care. To everyone else, the demon would've sounded like it was just grunting or uttering garbage when it spoke it's language, but the man standing in front of it understood every word. After all, he too was in fact a demon.

The demon spider then lunged itself at the assassin who, in an instant, was now standing on it's head, there was echo-like slash in the cave before he did. The spider demon stood there as if it was frozen in place. “This is impossible. Just…how…when did you…?” It asked in shocked while the assassin raised his right hand and snapped his fingers causing parts of its body to fall into pieces. The orange robed man jumped of the corpse of the spider and landed gracefully on the floor again.

The assassin glanced back at the spider with disappointment. “What a shame, I hoped you would at least make me sweat a bit.” Said the assassin quietly to himself disappointed before walking back at the stone. Once again, he stood on it, he sat down on with his right knee raised and his hand resting on while his left foot was outstretched and his left hand placed on the stone.

“How long do you intend to hide in the dark? I did not choose to participate in this game for all of you to run away and fail to amuse me. Even if slightly.” Suddenly, he felt movement around the entire cave causing him to scan the cave and glance all the spiders that surrounded him from the shadows, their red eyes giving away their positions.

The spiders jumped in the air charging at him. To everyone else, it may have seemed that they were charging at fast speed, but to the assassin, they were moving slow, very slow. Lowering his head, the assassin seemed to take a deep breath, tensing as the attacks neared.

When they were close enough, the assassin  smacked away their arms one by one before kicking the water in the air while looking at the droplets to see one trying to cut him from behind. With a swipe of his hand, there was a flash as the spider in the air was sliced in half, blood spurting from the demon’s body.

The assassin did not stop there as he sliced the other ones at his right while their bodies slowly fell apart. The assassin then stood up again and swung his right hand. More demon spiders appeared while he calmly glanced at every single one.

The assassin took one-step back avoiding the spider’s downward attack before striking it with his backhand punch, tripped the one on his left and kicked it in the stomach to maintain its height while finishing with a slash from left to right. The assassin delivered a roundhouse kick to the one behind him sending it to collide another one. He then dashed forward piercing one on its head.

He dashed at another one, kicked its leg up, and grabbed it in midair to easily toss it close to another while he walked backwards next to it. Just when their bodies touched each other, he spun around slicing the both of them. More of them appeared in a straight path behind him. The assassin turned around glancing at all of them, his hood continuing to hide his face along with the blind fold. With a flick of his fingers, the demon spiders that tried to attack him from behind where cut down by large, transparent, crystalized shurikens that floated behind him colored in gold/orange, covered by the blood of the victims they slay before. One of the shurikens appeared in front of him, the man grabbed it and held it at his side.

Suddenly, he charged at them, yelling out fiercely as his shuriken flashed across them, dealing fatal wounds that left many of them falling apart. Reaching the end, the assassin slowly stood up while the rest of the spiders collapsed after falling apart. He then swiped his hand causing all the materialized shurikens to seemingly shatter behind him. With the fight finished, he started walking slowly towards the middle of the cave again. He could not help but glance at the full moon again.

“Hmph…” He said, a small smirk on his face once again. With an incredible, yet unexplainable feat, the young man leaped up, outside the cave and straight towards the moon and seemingly yet silently vanished without a trance.
