Chapter 4

Sam and Alastor started actively dating , if Sam wasn't working on the family ranch and Alastor wasn't working at the radio station.
They where out together and have fun.

On the second week while they where out in town Alastor looked like he wanted to ask me something "what's on your mind al?"sam asked .
"Well I hope this isn't too quick to ask of you but my mother really wants to meet you .. she's really curious about you ..and us actually " he smiled a little nervous .
"Oh Al , don't be silly ... of course I'd like to meet your mother "I replied .
Alastor smiled at Sam "alright my love " he bowed into the way of his house .
Sam grabbed onto Al's arm and walked with him to his house , it was early at noon when they arrived .

Both of them entered and Alastor called out to his mother , she walked down from upstairs "oh my Al ! Is this the lovely lady you've been taking out lately " she beamed .

Both women introduced themselves and they both smiled "I'll prepare some tea, please make yourself comfortable sweetheart" alastors mother said.

Alastor smiled with a big blush on his face and let Sam sit on the couch and sat down next to her .

The three of them had a nice conversation and spend their time talking and getting to know each other better. Alastor looked for a moment at his mother and then back at Sam , they seem to like each other as well. For Alastor that was a very positive turn of events as he was scared one of them wouldn't like the other .

"Al it's getting late, please walk Sam back home will you" his mother said.
"It's was so nice to meet you Sam"she said to Sam giving her a hug "it's so nice to meet you as well ma'am" Sam replied back.

"You're always welcome even when Al is working " she smiled and waved the pair off.

I grabbed onto Al's arm as he walked me back" your mother is a lovely lady Al " I said . "Of course she is, I got my manners from her "he chuckled
"Mama's boy" I joked , "well you're not wrong"he chuckled back .

We walked for a little longer taking a bit of a detour towards my house , I suddenly stopped walking and looked a little mischievous to Alastor.
"What's on your mind?"he grinned back
"Hmm well ,.. I think you deserve a little gift" I mischievously said .
"Oh and what might that be?"he chuckled back. I walked to Alastor and slowly let my hands rest on his chest "how'd I get so lucky?" I chuckled softly moving in closer .
"Cheer luck darling " Al replied .
I kissed Al softly but it turned out into a full make-out session. "Now now don't get ahead of yourself now" Alastor chuckled as he pulled me a little closer.

I sighed and started walking again, Al dropped me off at home and my father walked out "son you two are really going at it don't you ? Let me give you one advise , I see you're a decent man and I see you make my little girl happy you know ... but I do want to see a ring on that finger before you get inbetween those legs okay?" Alastor turned completely red as he never thought about that at all, he never even thought he could feel anything for someone let alone be intimate like that.."yes sir i promise that I won't do anything stupid before marriage " he nodded with an unsteady voice.

Alastor walked back home a little quicker then usual, her father brought up marriage and getting intimate and he never even thought of that ... yes they where dating but any further then a kiss didn't go in his mind .
It's that his mother suggested about taking Sam on a date or it wouldn't even had happened at all . He walked into the house and due to the panic is him mind he shut the door a little harsher then he wanted "AL! Don't be so loud with that door boy! You scared me !" His mother yelped.
"S—sorry I .." he dragged his hands over his face . "What's wrong Al?" His mother asked a little concerned. "H—her father.. brought up getting married and being intimate and I—I never thought of that expectation"he looked a little pale .
"Oh my.. boy .. you love her don't you? Because if you do and you want to keep her close it wouldn't be a bad idea .. besides that I'd love to see a little boy or girl running around the perimeter " his mother chuckled
Alastor only turning more red at his mother's words .
His mother chuckled at Alastors reaction and shook her head "Alastor, you have the time of the world to ask her that question but you two seem a good pair..think about it " she said .

That night Alastor lied in bed thinking, his mother was right about dating Sam.. so why wouldn't she be wrong about actually marrying her ? Then Sam would be his and his alone, but would she even want that? Would she even want children ? He never asked what she actually wanted .. he simply never thought that would be the course this would be going anyway..
he sighed as sleep came slowly that night.
Eventually he fell asleep haunted by those thought ,.. he was a mama's boy and his mama was right .. maybe he should ask her to marry him ?
