Chapter 19

Sam's pov;

A few years of annual killing went by for me and my little son jack wasn't that little anymore .
He actually had grown pretty well , he was now 7 years old . He was a feisty little boy , with a lot of looks that he had from his dad.
Even the smile was a perfect copy of alastors smile , the boy was only a little less .. how'd we say it ? Murderous ...

I never fed him human flesh as I thought it would be unfair , I still ate human flesh every morning though ...
I made sure to keep murdering enough people to have my fill , it was not that much to make it too obvious around town .

But one day I made a huge mistake , when I was hunting I saw another hunter walking through alastors favorite hunting grounds .
*cough *cough*cough the hunter walked toward me .

I smiled "an easy target coming my way, don't even need to drag him that far " I chuckled .
Before the hunter could register I shot him down , one bullet straight through the head , of course I dragged him back and skinned him ... but my stupid head forgot the fact the hunter was coughing so much ...

I ate his flesh ,.. after a week or so I fell ill ..
High spiking fever , coughing and throwing up .
Apparently the guy had a decease that now got into my body after eating his flesh ,.. little jack on the other hand was fine as he never ate any of that .

My mother came over to take care of jack and she looked at me "Sam .. to be honest you look terrible ".
"I feel terrible ma ,.. but I need to ask you something ... if I die .. please take care of jack " I said to her inbetween the annoying coughing that got to me .

"Don't say that Sam ... but—if it happens I promise you we'll take care of jack " my mother replied with tears in her eyes .

My mother decided to stay with me , try to help me as best as she could with no avail ...
I didn't get any better ,.. it simply got worse ...
After battling though this stupid decease for more then 8 days I passed away ... stupid isn't it ...
My poor little jack ,.. thankfully my parents were there for him ,.. I'm sure he'll grow up to be a good boy ... not like his parents though ... I chuckled in my mind as everything went black .

It felt like hours passed as I suddenly gasped and opened my eyes "where the fuck am I ?" Sat up and looked around .

"Hello? ... " I saw a little girl with blonde hair and two little rosy cheeks staring at me .
How cute ... "hello there little girl , can you tell me where I am ?" I asked her politely.
She walked up to me and spoke "I'm Charlie and I think you just arrived in hell ..." I looked at her with a soft smile , of how cute she was .. I thought about jack and i missed him already .
I saw a tear in the eyes of little Charlie "what's the matter dear? " I asked her softly .
"I—I can't find my daddy" she sniffled .
"Oh my ,.. do you want me to go look together with you ?" I asked her . She nodded and I lifted her up "which way could he be ?" I asked her ask I held her up in my arms with her arms around my neck .

Charlie pointed to the doors at the back of the castle , apparently I had spawned in their backyard .. don't ask me why or how .. it just happened.

As I walked with Charlie in my arms through the castle we stopped at a certain door as we heard a low voice , I saw Charlie's eyes light up at the sound . So I decided to opened the door "Charlie ,.. who's that ?! " a concerned Lucifer said . "I don't know daddy but she helped me find you " she said joyfully as I set her back down , she runner up to Lucifer as he hugged her .
"Who are you ?" Lucifer asked me .
"My name is Sam, I apparently died and spawned into your backyard " I replied .

Lucifer frowned and looked at Charlie who was still happy "did she hurt you Charlie?" He asked .
I frowned at his question and sighed " listen , I just died and left my 7 year old son up there ,.. I loved him and I would never hurt a child .. she — she reminds me of my little boy " I replied with a sorrowful face .

"Oh__ I'm sorry .. "Lucifer replied with regret .
Charlie walked up to me and hugged me and I hugged her back "will you stay?" She asked excitedly. Both mine and Lucifer's eyes widen at her question "I uhh —-" I stuttered .

"Charlie seems to like you and to be honest .. I could use some help in raising her at the moment ... you can stay here and work for me as long as Charlie needs you ?" He asked even questioning himself .

"Well I suppose I can do that, I need to get settled in hell as well after all and I absolutely know nothing " I chuckled .

Charlie cheered at this and hugged me again and ran back to Lucifer to hug him as well.

In the upcoming days I took care of Charlie as Lucifer was too busy , I learned everything that I needed to know about hell and how everything worked .. getting accustomed to the fact that the more souls you owned the more powerful you became .. and how I love the sound of becoming powerful . Lucifer told me specifically not to use my human name as that could be dangerous , so I chose the name Vendetta , mostly as I started killing as vendetta for alastors death .

When I didn't need to watch Charlie I was making deals , slowly getting into my powers and becoming even more powerful then I was planning to be.
