Now that we've graduated, we have a full summer before college starts. Lucas and I are at dinner right now, a rustic place with great food. Ever since the sleepover, we've been acting a lot more intimate. Kisses are longer with more passion, texts are more meaningful, dates more pleasurable. Life is as good as can be. Farkle is also a lot more......close, I guess. When we see each other, he gives me a hug, and smiles like a kid in the candy store. Smackle laughs it off, though I see a little discomfort in her face. I get it, but he's just being Farkle. Maya and Smackle though, were being very curious and observing yesterday. Well, I suppose they were just being the best friends a girl could have. Honestly, I feel like my life is complete. I have amazing friends, a loving family, a gorgeous boyfriend, and a high-end nursing college to look forward to in September! It took me a while to choose nursing, as teacher, social worker, and daycare worker were pretty high up there. But I wanted to be more of a professional, high-academic worker, and also to go to the same college as Lucas. I'd like to work in paediatric nursing program, so I could also be with kids. Everything feels right, and the world is being nice, though I bet it'll be rough at some point. It fits in.
