"What the fuck?!" He furrowed his brows upon seeing the dead animal in the box. The others also looked, sharing the same feeling as both me, and Jake.

I looked at the photos, and weirdly enough, it was pictures from the inside of my house. My eyes widened as I went picture for picture, each of them photographing the rooms in my house.

One picture specifically caught my eye, one which was in my kitchen. It was a picture of the knife stack.

I swallowed hard as Jake stood up, snatching the pictures off me and going through them hurriedly.

He stared at me, worried.

"Is this your house?" He looked over at me, swiping through the photos in his hands over and over.

"Yeah.. what the hell.." I had no idea what to do, one thing was clear though, I would not be returning home. Not alone at least.

The others crowded around the photos, Mira gave a gasp.

"Oh my god, that is literally the inside of your house, what the actual fuck is going on?!" Mira covered her mouth, my heart was beating so quickly out of my chest, and I was scared for my own safety, even here.

"Is there a sender's address on that package? We need to call the police." Sunghoon looked at the box, checking if there was any trace of who could've sent this.

Unfortunately, there was no address, it was just sent to me, with my name on it and the PO box address. I took in a deep breath, feeling completely overwhelmed and nervous.

Thank god I took my cat, I couldn't imagine if I left him in there with a housekeeper.

I swallowed hard, pacing around back and forth as the staff figured out what to do. Jesus christ, I wish I could drink this away right now.

I walked away from the crowds of people in the main room, talking and trying to figure out how to resolve this. The police had already been notified of this, and Mingho too, and the case had opened.

I made my way to the kitchen, just pacing around and thinking about what to do. Maybe I should hire bodyguards? Or even a bulletproof vest?

I was literally being targeted right now.

Jake approached me, holding me by the shoulders and stopping me from pacing around the room like a maniac.

"Hey, hey, it's gonna be all okay." He tried to reassure me, but despite his words, I still just thought about the luck I got. Imagine if this show wasn't offered to us, imagine if I was still in that place.

What would've happened to me? And most importantly, my cat?

"Oh my god, I could've died, I could've died if I was in there." I put my palm against my forehead, nerves beating the shit out of me.

"You're fine, you're okay here, there's nobody that'll hurt you here." Jake moved a strand of hair out of my face, looking at me with care.

"Jake, I don't get why people are doing this to me." My voice quivered gently, and I could tell he felt bad, and that he wanted to do something about this desperately, but just couldn't.

"Hey, listen, they're all mad because you've sparked my interest." Jake, out of nowhere, said, which caught me off guard. I looked up at him, my heart racing, "If anything, you can always come live with me when this show ends."

I swallowed hard as he just stared at my eyes, and then for my lips. Oh?

Is he going to kiss me right now?

"HEY GUYS! We've got drinks, come on Haerin, you need this the most." Jay yelled for us, ugh, I was a little bummed that he had to interrupt.

Jake took his arms off my shoulders, heading off to the living room as I followed behind. At least my wish of getting drunk til I pass out came true - one good thing happening today.

We sat down, just casually talking without any of the staff, any of the cameras, or any of the weird stuff today, aside from the Jake cardboard cutout.

Jake insisted that it must stand here while we all drink, how self centred he is. It made me chuckle a little, we were all just sat around this coffee table, drinking and talking, and suddenly you can just see a 5'10 cardboard cutout of Jake.

I think out of everybody around, I was speedrunning liver failure with the amount of alcohol I was taking in.

Sorry, but I deserved to drink.

"Guys, let's play a game, come on, we're all drinking anyways so." Niki offered for a game, and everybody seemed on board - including me.

"Alright, what we playing then?" Jake asked, a cute smile on his face.

"Seven minutes in heaven." Niki looked at all of us, smugly, as he grabbed an empty bottle of alcohol, placing it in the centre of the table.
