Kaia, in his whole life would never imagine that he would be kidnapped but here he was, hands tied at the back, legs also tied together and don't forget the blindfold. He would've been scared if it weren't for the fact that there was a crying grown ass man next to him in the same state. Right now he was getting irritated and his anger level was rising.

Why does he have to be in this situation? He was just caught up in some ex lovers quarrels. He doesn't know where they are or where they're going. All he remembered was after Yui walked in, he and Skyler exchanged a few words and the next thing he knew he was here.

"Would you just shut up?!" Kaia couldn't contain his anger and so he lashed out onto Yui next to him.

The crying sound became faint and Yui went quiet. For some reason Kaia was happy.... But in a situation like this he quickly snapped out of it.

After driving for some time the vehicle they were in stopped and finally some people came and took them down. Their blindfold was taken off and light was finally able to enter Kaia's eyes. They untied their legs and hands as if they knew there's no way of escaping.

They were near a lake surrounded by forest. And a huge house by the lake probably a villa. Skyler came up to them and said, "This is my villa. Come in."

Yui was staying behind Kaia all the time as if hiding from the people here.

Kaia was so done with this shit and he didn't care anymore whether he offended this dangerous guy or not. He raise his hand and yelled, "Excuse me!"

Skyler who was going to give a tour stopped and turned around curious as to what this guy wants.

Kaia looking so tired just asked, "I get that you have a problem with this guy here but why'd you have to grab me too?"

The people there were all silent wondering what the Boss will do to this guy but then a sound of laughter came from Skyler.

Skyler - Well what kind of kidnappers leave behind witness? It would be a disgrace to all kidnappers if we just left you.

Kaia thought for a while and could only said, "Understandable continue."

The boss smiled and seemed intrigued and so he continued his tour.

The villa was big and has two floors. Every room was modern and neat and the kitchen... Kaia fell in love with the kitchen. It was so modern and they also had that built in stove. After giving a tour Kaia and Yui finally separated. Yui was taken upstairs and locked in a room and as for Kaia, Skyler took him down to the basement.

K - You've got to be kidding me.

Skyler was shocked at how calm this guy was. But at the same time this was so funny. So he laughed.

Skyler - you don't like it?

K- Obeviously why does he get to be in a room and I'm in a basement?

Skyler reached out and whispered in his ears, " Well cause I've got plans for him."

K- you... you're not gonna kill him are you?

"Oh no! Did you really think I'm a person capable of killing someone?" Skyler answered in disbelief.

K- ......

Skyler - Anyway good bye have a great time here.

With that Kaia was left alone. Although he felt relieved that Yui won't get killed but at the same time he couldn't help but be worried. Earlier Yui really seemed afraid of the guy. And he couldn't help but think what Julian will do.

It was already night and when Julian got home, he noticed that the door was already opened. When he went inside the place was a mess. Without a word he kept on going and made his way to his room. Empty no one was there then he stood outside Kaia's room, fear creeped in when he felt that Kaia won't be there and when he noticed that even Kaia wasn't there he began to panic.

He rushed downstairs and started calling out Kaia or Yui. No one answered. Finally he made his way to the kitchen only to see a note on the fridge with a picture of Yui in captivity.

"Come to Verin Lake alone."

Julian went from being panic to anger. Just when he thought things were okay this happened. He kinda guessed who was behind this but in the end he also doesn't know the full story. He only knew that he had to protect Yui from that guy.

The fact that they left this note meant that Yui was probably still alive. It had been a few long hours so Julian rushed and went outside for his car again.
