As Kaia stood in front of the big mansion, he was shocked and in awe. No way his student turned out to be the son of a billionaire. He was just standing there at the gate when it just opened on its own.

Julian came out running to him. Excitement in his eyes as he dragged Kaia in.

It was weird when he finally went inside the maids there didn't seem to care about Julian at all. Most of them ignored them.

The mansion was huge and yet Julian's room was just decent sized. Perhaps it may have been the smallest room in this entire mansion. Kaia did became curious but he just decided to do his job and go.

K - So... What do you need help with? Since your exam is coming i suggest we do some tests to see where you're at.

Julian just smiled and said okay. It didn't really matter to him as long as Kaia was here.

K - So basically you use this identity to replace this function and then integrate.....

Julian who purposely made some mistakes here and there was looking at Kaia explaining to him. To be honest he didn't need to listen at all, he knew how to solve. They got interrupted when Miko came in with some snacks.

Miko - Hello i heard you hired a tutor so I came to greet him.

Kaia stood up and introduced himself nervously. But before Miko could come close Julian blocked her and took the snacks.

J - We're busy, Mom. Exams.

With that he forced Miko out of his room. He didn't want her to meet Kaia at all. Not after what happened last time. In fact Julian made up his mind not to let Kaia meet anyone especially Akerian. He was afraid he might get left behind again.

K - That was rude.

Kaia said as he took the snacks and ate it.

J - It's fine. We should take a break.

And so they rest for a while. Julian once again purposely took out his phone and started playing the game making sure that Kaia notice it.

K - Oh you play that? Me too.

Yes! Mission successful once again.

J - Oh yeah I just got into it so I don't really know how to play.

K - I can help. This is my name in-game.

Julian was very satisfied with how things are going. The next part was to just let Kaia fell for him.

Time went by and the two hours are up. Kaia had to leave so Julian offered to take him home.

K - No it's late highschool kids should not go out at night.

Julian was touched, Kaia always worried about him. So he just walked him out till the gate.

A - Oh? Who's this?

Akerian stood infront of them as they were going out. Seeing a new face he naturally asked. On the other hand Julian's eyes went cold. This was the person who he never wanted Kaia to meet.

J - No one.

Julian grabbed Kaia's hand and dragged him out before Akerian could even follow up the next question.

K - Hey you're kinda hurting me.

Julian immediately let go. Without realising they were at the gate. Kaia was looking confused and was looking at him demanding an explanation.

J - My half brother. He's not good so I didn't want you to meet him.

The boy was pouting and looking upset. Kaia found this very cute but he understands that this was his family's problem and he was just an outsider so he shouldn't intrude.

K - I'm just here to tutor you. That's all. I don't plan on getting to know anyone. So relax.... I'll go then. Bye!

Kaia left after leaving the boy at the gate. Julian relief in sigh but when he turned around the red haired was already there.

A - Since when did you need a tutor?

J - Since always.

Julian ignored him and left a confused Akerian. But he's been a 1st ranked student on his own he thought.

Yui - I like you Julian.... Not as a friend...

Julian who had just been confessed to had his usual neutral face. He knew this Yui was still the innocent Yui he loved and if this was him before he would've already said yes with joy but now things are different. Now Kaia is his only priority and nothing else.

J - I'm sorry... I've only ever seen you as a friend.

Yui - i don't understand... I thought you liked me... All these times was i wrong?

J - No... You weren't.... I did liked you. Perhaps I would've said yes if you said these words to me earlier but right now I have someone... Someone who i must go after. For that I'm sorry.

Yui smiled bitterly. So if he had confessed sooner Julian would've said yes he thought. He saw how Julian looked while talking about this someone and knew he didn't have any chance.

Yui - That's okay. I should've said it sooner than. I hope you still consider me as a friend.

J - Hm.

In the corner of the library there was the section of old books which no one goes to. There Yui cried his heart out after being rejected. He didn't had a tissue with him so he wiped his tears on his sleeves until a handkerchief landed on top of his head. He looked up to see the red haired senior browsing some books next to him.

A - Why are you crying idiot? It's not the end of the world.
