The stay at Akerian's house went on longer than intended. Kaia's new apartment had a leak pipe and so his moving in was delayed by another week. To Kaia, he felt like he would trouble Akerian for staying there longer but it was quite the opposite to Akerian, to him, he was in heaven. It's like the Gods have answered his prayers.

Without a thought Akerian bought matching cups for them and put their toothbrush in one stand. Kaia didn't mind as it doesn't really affect him. And so the two remained roomates for another week.

The head of Sun House Entertainments was known for being lazy amongst the company employees and recently Mona noticed that this boss of hers has reached the next level of laziness. With Kaia at home now Akerian started leaving early after work. Mona can't really complain much as he still gets the job done but she would appreciate it if he stayed in his office more to overlook the employees.

Kaia was still serving the customers when he heard his phone rang. It was unusual as he told his friends, Akerian, Phil and Leila not to call other than lunch break. And so after finishing up his services he went to pick up the phone.

Kaia hesitated when he saw who it was. He didn't wanna answer it but as it kept ringing again and again he had to.

K - What?

The caller didn't make any sound when he picked up.

K - *sigh if you don't have anything I'll hang up.

"Wait!" The caller yelled in desperation. The one on the other end was none other than Julian. When he heard Kaia's voice, he felt a bit of fear and so he took some while to speak but when he heard the other person wanna hang up he just yelled quickly.

K - What?

J - ......How....are you?

K - I'm fine is that all?

J - N-no.... You... didn't call me so I was worried.

K - Worried? You? About me? I don't know what you ate but I'm busy right now so I'll hang up.

J - You didn't call me.

The man spoke in a low voice that Kaia almost didn't catch what he said and honestly he wished he didn't because he doesn't know how to answer him. The two went silent for a while until Kaia got interrupted by a customer.

K - I'm busy right now good bye.

With that he hung up. Kaia secretly thanked the customer who just walked in.

Julian kept staring on his phone. To think that Kaia would hate that much answering his call he felt dejected. He had been wanting to meet Kaia for a long time now but he was afraid. Afraid of the look that Kaia might give him, afraid of being pushed away. The atmosphere in the office became gloomy once again. And once again Mr. Han didn't know what to do. Recently his boss has buried himself in work and from the looks of it Mr Han was so sure that Julian was sleeping in his office.

What seems to have happened at home he thought?

It was 8 now at night Akerian finally returned home.

K - Welcome back!

Kaia yelled from the kitchen as he heard the door opened.

Hearing the warm greeting back home Akerian's lips formed a smile without realising. These were the best days of his life.

Everyday when he comes back home late Kaia would always welcome him back with dinner waiting to eat together. Kaia didn't have to but he still did.

It truly was a mystery for Akerian that what about Kaia did Julian not like?

But lucky for him now Kaia hates his guts.

After they both had dinner, it was time for the main issue to get sorted out. They both sat down in the living looking all serious and picked up the controllers each. This was a deadth match.

They've been playing games every night for a while now and their scores were a tie. Now it's time to finally decide who's better.

A - Don't cry when you see me at the finish line first.

K - Says the guy who slipped on a dry floor.

A - it was one time! And I had my socks on So drop it already!

Kaia shrugged.

It would be sad if our main character were to be defeated right? Thankfully that is not what happened. In the end Kaia was at the finish line and as for our hero..... Well he crashed.

Kaia was now jumping up and down happily laughing while the other one looked at him feeling..... Happy. Which suprised himself, Akerian was happy that he lost. This was new for him.

Their time as roomates were the best but now it's time to say goodbye. Kaia's apartment was now ready and he's ready to move in. Although Akerian tried to persuade him to stay longer, in the end the shop was too far from here so Kaia left.

Akerian felt empty all of a sudden. He was living alone before but he didn't realised how empty his apartment felt.

It was now a time of post-summer and the wind started to pick up it's speed.

It was getting chilly at night now and raining season started to come in.

Once again on one chilly night Kaia finds himself in the exact same scenario just like 8 years ago.
