It didn't take much long until the public opinion is turned against Yui. His company also abandoned him as to not receive further damage. Although he committed a crime, according to the law his trial would be done at the place where he committed the crime so he was given to the authorities of the other country.

Skyler also went back since now he can openly fight for his case. He wanted to stay a bit but someone needed him back home.

He was a bit regretful and upset that there couldn't be much between him and Kaia but in the end they weren't meant to be.

And so with Yui turning out to be a murderer and a liar, it didn't take long before Kaia was once again back on the pedestal. People started forgetting all the allegations against him and is now wishing him for a comeback.

He was still signed with Akerian's company so he was able to get small roles here and there. But for now that's enough he thought.

Things calmed down and everything went back to normal once again. Well not like before.

Julian thought since it's all over Kaia would come back to him but in the end it was all just his wishful thinking.

He who heard everything that day also heard Skyler's words. Kaia liked someone else, not him.

J - Do..... You really like him? Is that why you won't come back?

K - Who I like has nothing to do with me coming back. Look Julian I paused my life for 7-8 years so now I wanna focus on myself.... I hope you understand.

It was clear that Kaia no longer has feelings for him. He didn't know how to react, should he beg? Should he apologized? Will that work? All these were running through his head.

J - May... I pursue you then? If there's a chance that I could get you to love me again i wanna take it.

Kaia was done talking to him so he just left the man sitting alone in this coffee shop.

With Kenny's help the bakery was open once more and this time he was able to hire full time employees so things were running well.

A few months later Kaia was starting to gain attention for his acting. He was getting more important roles, having more screentime. He would've been even more happy if two brothers didn't keep on showing up at the location every now and then.

His current role was a scholar during the ancient era and so he was dressed in heavy clothing and they were shooting under the hot sun.

First it was Julian who came. He started investing on every project that Kaia was in, getting the opportunity to meet him.

As he handed out a botttof water to Kaia who was sweating like crazy. The latter just looked at the bottle but he didn't take it. Instead he took the bottle that his manager got for him and left to read his lines.

Poor Julian was left with the bottle handed out to thin air. Anyone could see the lonely aura he was giving out which the crew members nearby was trying hard to ignore.

The second time was Akerian who showed up. As Kaia's Boss he had complete access so he just comes and goes whenever he like. Sometimes bringing Kaia his lunch and eating together.

Mona would complain that they've stayed long enough and her boss would turn a deaf ear.

Ever since Kaia went back to his apartment Akerian had been lonely at home. He was having a hard time getting used to it again. He really enjoyed Kaia's company.

With all that's happened they never really got to talk about that kiss. Neither of them brought it up so they just kept it buried.

Although Akerian did hear Skyler's words he wasn't sure if Kaia actually liked him. For now he'll make sure that Kaia gets back on his feet and ask him later.

It was just another day of Kaia returning home from work when he got a call.

K - Hello?

The man on the other line sounded strict, "Is this Mr Kaia?"

K - Yes.

The man continued, " This is the police department at XXX station. Um we've caught your friends drunk and was fighting out in public. So they're here at the department...."

"We're not drunk!" Kaia heard a familiar voice yelled from the back but he couldn't figure out who. He thought what friends. He has a few now but none of them knew him well to call him for such stuff.

Police - .... Akerian and Julian Ardino....

K - WHAT?!
