Chapter 8: Admitting

In the morning, I got up and changed my clothes to the ones I had worn last night. I left Lijah's house, and went outside. I was going to walk, and no one would stop me from doing so. I heard footsteps behind me as I walked, and I turned around, and it was Klaus.

"Hello love. Why are you leaving so early?" He asked.

"Because I want to go home." I said.

"Well then let me drive you." He said.

"No. I'm quite alright. Thank you though.". I said as I continued to walk.

"Rose." He said again.

I turned around; "Yes?" I asked.

"Love. I don't want you to be pushed away from what we are. I'm sorry that we may have scared you last night."

"Um, yeah! I'm really creeped out. Thank you for asking. And just so you know, I am still with Lijah. I just need some time to talk to Caroline, Elena, and Bonnie about this situation." I said walking again.

"Rose." He said again.

"WHAT!" I yelled. I turned around and he kissed me. I tried to pull away from him but he was too strong. He picked me up after he let go, and he took me home. I was yelling at him the whole time and he wouldn't put me down.

"Come on, Rose. You know you want me, the BAD BOY, rather than having the gentleman who's so over sophisticated." He said, "He's already screwed up once. He can do it again."

"Well by what I've heard about you, you almost killed Elena. You killed her aunt, and you also killed the mayor, Carol. Way to mess up their lives." I said.

"Oh, you little snig." He said putting me down, "Your just jealous that I have so much power."

"I don't need power to be happy." I said. He just examined my face.

"Your not afraid of me, are you?" He said.

"No. I am not." I said.

"Well that's just too bad." He said as he synced his fangs into my neck. He was feeding on me. I let him, just to show him that I wasn't afraid of him. I actually really was afraid of him. The next thing I new, someone attacked Niklaus, and he was on the floor. I looked forward and it was Lijah. He ran up to me and bit into his wrist and had me drink his blood.

"NIKLAUS! Why did you bite her?" He asked.

Klaus got up. "Relax, Elijah. I was going to heal her after I fed on her." He replied. He bit into his wrist and had me drink his blood. The werewolf bite that was starting to form has now gone away. "She's not afraid of me, Elijah. I'm surprised about that..." He said, "Good day Rose." He said walking away with a smirk.

Lijah ran up to me. "Are you ok sweetie?" He asked me. I wouldn't look at him.

"Sure." I said.

"Look at me, Scarlet." He said. I looked up at him. "Stay away from Niklaus. Are you in love with him?" He asked.

"I don't know who I love Lijah." I said.

"Well, I think you may love both of us." He said.

"I think your right..." I said as he walked me home.
