-Misty's P.O.V.-
"MISTY! THERE YOU ARE THIS SONG JUST MAKES ME WANT TO TURNNN UPP!" Chrishell said wildly throwing her head up in excitement.
She was blasting music in our hotel room when I walked in all the remains of Ron residing here were gone except for his fitted snap back left on my bed.
I closed the door behind me and wrapped my hands around my body since the a/c was cranked up a little too high for my comfort, Chrishell didn't seem to mind about it, as a matter of fact she seemed to be complaining that it was too hot.
She was in front of the dresser curling her hair singing the words to a song.
"I can't have her,
She here but she far away,
I can't have her,
When her lips aren't screaming my name,
When she's sitting on the floor crying out her eyes, crying out the lies,
to hide herself from the pain,
That's why I can't have her." She sang.My eyes widened at the realization of what she was singing. It was the song Larz wrote for me...and she knew it?
I walked up to her, "You know this song?" I asked her.
She turned and gave me a look like, "No shit." She went back to curling her hair.
"This song has been out for like a month now, where have you been?" She asked me.
Obviously not on the same planet. I wasn't much of a music fanatic like Chrishell was, she was on a song the minuet it came out as oppose to me finding out a song maybe a year or two after its original release date.
Chrishell continued humming the song and I sat on the bed and rubbed my hands together, but I wasn't cold anymore...I was thinking.
"Isn't that the guy Lazaro you use to work with?" She asked me.
I nodded. Chrishell noticed the sudden change in my mood and came over to me crouching down in front of my face with a frown.
"Look girl, I'm not gonna ask what happened to you after the luau I know how you fly, but whatever thats making you upset with Kurt you got to know that I'm there for you, ready to take a bullet and all...he can't run your life forever." She said to me.
At the moment it seemed pretty ironic to me because I completely forgot about Kurt for once in my life and mind kept switching to Larz and how slow I was to realize that he had become so famous over the course of time he's been gone. Kurt...he was gone now, but he'd be back later which was the sad part but I was free until then. Hopefully.
I nodded again. "Umm...yeah, thanks girl." I gave her a hug to reassure her that I was fine and taking a bullet wasn't necessary. She smiled and went back to doing her hair.
"We are going out hiking today so be prepared...you know I've never been hiking before but I've seen white people on t.v. do it and I've always wondered so we have to try it, Mist for sure." Chrishell said picking the mood back up again right where it left off. That was one of her talents switching the mood whenever the time called for it.
I took a deep breath. "Then I'm going to take a shower, okay?" I said to her.
She waved her hands like she heard me and I slipped into the bathroom quietly. I didn't hesitate but strip off my clothing and hopped into the shower, turning the faucet and letting the water fall down onto my body. I closed my eyes tightly like I would do every time I would have a nightmare, it always helped me to get out of it but this wasn't a nightmare it was real life and I had to deal with it.
