-Misty's P.O.V.-

"Misty, these are the people you are going to be working with from now on." My mother began to introduce me to all the people standing in her office, some with smiles, others with observing types of faces.

She began by pointing to a female with curly honey brown hair, that bounced whenever she moved her head. Her eyes were caramel brown that matched her hair to a pin. The lady smiled at me, it was warm and friendly smile that instantly calmed and reassured me that I was going to be fine.

"This is Ginger, she's going to be your assistant. She takes care of getting you to shows, meetings, and recordings on time. Anything you need you ask her, she'll get it for you." She said to me.

"Nice to finally meet you, Misty...you have an amazing voice." She pulled her hand out for a shake.

I took it politely. "Thank you." I replied.

My mother moved on. "This is your manager, Deliah she manages some of the familiars around here, and now you. She gets you the shows, opportunities, and all that good stuff. Be nice to her, she's been with me since day one." My mother said giving me a look.

I pretended not to see it and shook Deliah's hand. "Nice to meet you." I said to her.

She nodded. She was a bit on the short side, I was taller than her by a couple of inches, she had thick, straight black hair, and bold purple lipstick, that brought her dark brown eyes out in contrast.

"This is is going to be your private vocal coach Andre, you need to make sure your voice stays on point, he also trains you for your concerts." My mother introduced me to the man. He was about 6ft and had a strong french accent. He had very mixed-like skin and light blue eyes that reminded me heavily of Tess's eyes.

He shook my hand, it had strong grip to it, that made my fingers feel a little squished.

Then she went on to introducing me to my publicist, stylist, and trainer. Who would have thought I needed a trainer? But apparently with becoming a celebrity you needed to stay fit especially for your concerts since they apparently "wore" you out. It was a lot to take in one day. It was also surprising to know that they had my schedule down for the most part, and I was scheduled to have my first single out before the end of this month. I was really surprised with that, like how do they know when I'm free?

"You know I have a job, right?" I told my mother.

She shrugged. "You're going to have to quit that." She replied.

Great.

After what seemed like a 2 hour meeting, I was dismissed and I decided to head over to Lazaro's place before I decided on hoping on the next flight back to Indiana. I rang the doorbell and the first person to pick it up was Brendan who smiled and quickly gave me a side hug.

"Angel voice! Perfect timing, we were just heading out on a little road trip." Brendan said pushing me through the door and over to the kitchen, where Red was sitting over the counter texting idle, Brad was searching through the refrigerator for something to eat. I didn't see Larz anywhere here.

"Road trip?" I asked him leaning against one of the kitchen counters.

Red looked up from phone. "Oh, hey Misty." She acknowledged me.

"Hey, Red." I responded to her but still awaited my answer.

"Road trip." I reminded Brendan.

He clapped his hands together. "Ah! Yes, since Lazaro was giving a bit of a break we decided on a little de-stress, hence the road trip." He explained to me.
