"the remaining airbender is in the western water tribe" seungmin heard his father say to an admiral. "our spies told me that. take your troops with you and kill him."

seungmin quickly hid behind the wall that seperated him from the two men, listening carefully as they talked.

"but king oh-" "no buts. kill the captured airbender, too, it's time to erase the existence of the air element."

the prince's lips parted in shock as he tried not to be too loud, tiptoeing away as fast as he could.

as he got out of reach, he started running towards the dungeon. seungmin had to get gunil out of there.

on his way, he ran into jungsu, who was searching for the young prince. "seungmin-" "there's no time left" he said in shock.

"we have to keep moving. they know where gunil's brother is and they want to kill both of them!"

seungmin dragged jungsu along as both of them sneaked inside the dungeon. getting inside the hall that was blocked by thick rocks, they quickly searched for gunil's cell.

the eldest immediately noticed that something was wrong. seungmin tried his best in being fast, bending the metal bars apart and pulling gunil out, freeing him out of his restraints.

"they want to kill you!" the prince hissed as he started running towards the direction jungsu and he came from.

gunil adapted fast to the sudden pressure on them, following jungsu and seungmin through the tunnels that seungmin created to get them outside without having to go through the palace.

as their palace was build on a mountain, it was just a matter of time until they were standing outside.

and just as they reached outside, there were plenty of royal guards following them. "shit.." seungmin whispered.

he saw all the archer's on their city wall, aiming at them. or better say, at gunil. "gunil, watch out-" yet before seungmin was able to finish, gunil already handled.

using his airbending skills to fly, he caught the flying arrows in a gust of wind created by him, redirecting those with even greater force towards the royal guards that followed them.

some of them were hit, landing onto the floor with a loud thud and agonizing screams. the rest just continued following them.

some of them tried to tie jungsu and seungmin down onto the floor by making pieces of the earth close around their feet, yet seungmin removed those even before they were able to start forming them.

they heard gunil whistle, leaving the prince and jungsu confused. yet just a few seconds later, a gigantic white bird came flying by.

gunil stopped flying, making him fall down on the bird as he laughed. "knew you were around!" he laughed as he directed the bird towards seungmin and jungsu.

"get on!" jungsu quickly climbed on top while seungmin distracted the guards with his earthbending, using their own swords against each other thanks to his ability to bend metal.

gunil gently patted the bird, as it started flying. and seungmin started flying too, yet that was gunil's doing. seungmin had to concentrate until the guards werent able to reach them anymore.

yet the sudden flying startled seungmin, the ground just disappeared underneath his feet, he let out a startled noise. "what the fuck?!"

the archer's send another dozen of arrows flying towards them , jungsu acted this time. he threw his tri blade boomerang with highest precision, catching all of the arrows that were send in their direction.

gunil pulled seungmin up with a satisfied sigh. "we're still alive" he smiled and watched jungsu rip out the arrows out of his boomerang.

"we'd be dead if bird wasn't around." seungmin chuckled. "you seriously called it bird?" the lack of creativity deserved an award.

gunil grinned back. "yeah. i mean, it's a bird come on." all of them felt the adrenaline in their bodies come down, looking around with deep breaths.

"we managed to flee, huh?" jungsu then asked again, not quite believing it. "and where are we going now?"

"to the western water tribe."
