I barely escaped Celina Yesterday.

Kimberly didn't even get to us yesterday, She barely moved past group D. Whatever they were discussing must have been important, That it took all of her time.

My legs tremble with each step they take towards the wooden gate, and My abs cramp at even the slightest chuckle. And My ass hurts.

Me and Tiana unitedly push the wooded gate open. Today was different, The air was humid and the sky wasn't clear. Clouds trailed the baby blue sky, It gave us some coverage and relief from the sun, But made the air muggier.

The wind blew the loose strands out of my face. I bid my goodbye to Tiana, and she reciprocates the action, with a smile and a wave before we part ways.

I learned from my mistake yesterday, and Instead wore a skin tight short sleeved shirt. So the cool breeze against my skin caused goosebumps to trail up my arms, and a shiver to waver down my spin.

I stride towards my group: They are already huddled up and looking my way, Awaiting my arrival. I ignore the fear building up in my gut, and anxiety clawing at my skin. I shove those feelings into a box and seal it shut, Before stuffing it into a closet at the back of my mind.

I go to stand near Kai, who stands upright and tall, towering over me. But managing to be the only one to give me the slightest amount of comfort in this group. "Hey kid." He greets me with his Crooked smile, His snakebites twisting in his smile. I reciprocate the smile with one of my own. "Hi, Kai."

The deep sound of clearing of someone's throat gathers our attention, and I ignore the glare directed to me from my left by a piercing blue gaze.

"Kimberly has ordered everyone to train abilities today, Including us. She wants to see how much progress has been made"

A rush of nervous excitement runs down my body, sending waves of curiosity up to my brain at the various amount of thoughts raving my head. The voices are loud and clear, some mean, others nice.

"Most of you should know how this works by now. I shouldn't have to babysit." His gaze snaps onto mine. I actually, don't know how this works.

"That felt really directed." Kai whispers in my ear, crossing his arms. I'm glad you posses a pair of ears and eyes to catch that valuable piece of observation. "Shut up." I mutter, elbowing his side.

His green gaze remains on mine, His brow slightly raised as if he's waiting for something.
"Flores." He signals me over using two front fingers, and I catch the hint of annoyance in his tone.

Hesitantly, My feet inch on the ground towards the boy with piercing green eyes glued onto me. My stomach churns as I look back to Kai for reassurance, He only smiles and sends a wink my way. I even look to Celina for some reason, She only scoffs before walking off. Of course she would do that.
