I woke up from my sweet slumber by literally a ghost.

Well my sister woke up but she's nothing less than like a ghost- I yelped when I saw her.

I got out of the bed while she, followed me like a baby duck asking me about how she got the bruise on her arm. I told her what happened and she hugged me.
I was traumatized yes, but like- I'm okay now. I brushed my teeth and made breakfast for her and I, while she freshened up.

Simple pancakes. A very good meal.

She decided to spend the weekend at my place because she didnt want to feel alone all over again at her place.
We both used to share a room at our parents place, so we're like very close and then- I moved out after high school for college and she did right after her graduation.
We used to share the same apartment too until like 2 years ago too until when I decided to move because of my job. She also started her violin tuitions to the little kids who wanted to learn and if I lived there it'd be like a intrusion to their classes.

So NOW, we sometime go over to each others places and stay a few days, to give company.

My sister got out of the shower and I told her about matt and how he asked me to ask him out on a date on Thursday. She freaked. I expected her to be. Not everyone is asked to ask out matt rife by matt rife himself that's like very unrealistic.

I was about to show her the texts from last night when I saw he texted me today in the morning. It was nothing like that just him checking up on me if I'm okay but that still made my sister squeal. Its like high-school all over again but now were adults.

"hes checking up on you after last night" she awwed "thats adorable"

"yes but like-" I tried to reason to sound unbothered "OKAY finee it is kinda cute" I admitted giving up.

I HAVE A DATE WITH MATT RIFE.

The date I had with Matt caused us to hang out and plan outfits for the date. We settled on a simple little-ish black dress with heels and a sexy bag.
It wasn't too revealing but it was definitely a little eye catching. It had a small slit on my thigh which I loved because normally the slits become hard to manage but this dress made it effortless.

We spent the days chilling and it was Monday all over again. My sister went back to her place at Sunday evening.
Matt and I have been texting but they were never a proper conversation. I guess we'll talk properly on Thursday.
GOD I cant wait for Thursday.
It feels so silly for me to be excited about a date with a guy, but like I dont know Matt makes me feel in a way I cant describe, especially after Friday night. I had seen him online and definitely developed a crush on him but never in my wildest dreams I thought would happen what actually happened and the most important part, he was a good human being.
