It was finally the day, the day I would be getting engaged to Ritik.
The past month has given me a very clear picture of my future with him. Never in my whole life has anyone paid as much attention as him. None used to care whether I ate or not, or did I sleep properly, am I taking care of myself.
He has shown me a new color of love. It's not the fiery red of passion or the soft pink of romance, but a deep, grounding shade of understanding and support.
The venue was adorned with elegant floral arrangements, twinkling lights, and drapes in our favorite colors. The stage was set up beautifully, with a backdrop that featured my and Ritik's initials intertwined, a symbol of love and unity.

I couldn't help but smile as I imagined the venue filled with our friends and family, all gathered to celebrate this special moment with us. The thought of exchanging rings with my beloved in this enchanting setting filled my heart with joy.
There was this welcome area, as one walks in they are showered with rose petals, and a special area has been created to keep the gifts safe and secure so that guests can enjoy their time.
The seating arrangement has been done in such a way that none feels a problem, the chairs were lined up parallely facing the stage ,also a dancing space was made for the after party. While the seating arrangement on the stage looks straight out of any movie.
Ritik was there waiting for me, when I reached the stage, he came forward to help me. He is having a big grin on his face, of course why wouldn't he since this donkey wanted to twin with me.
