"Ami what exactly is the plan here?" Meliodas continued to allow me to pull him into the storage room, even going as far as the close the door behind us both. I grabbed the material of his shirt and pushed him against the door with enough force to wipe the cocky grin from his lips.

"The plan—" I paused as I ripped his shirt from him, revealing the toned abs hidden beneath. My hands hungrily caressed them before my eyes landed back to his own. "is to prove a point." Before he could let out another snide remark, I forcibly attached my lips onto his. He took no time responding, his hands grasping my hips and pulling me even closer to him. The way his fingers dug into my flesh made me gasp slightly, which he took as an invitation for his tongue to enter my mouth. It was like both of us had been starved from another persons touch for far too long; any slight touch was electric.

I didn't want him to believe he had all the power here so I removed my mouth from his, instead deciding to land sloppy kisses down his jaw and neck. My body was working with the built in muscle memory from all them years ago; I was quick to find the sweet spot on his neck which I nipped at. He grunted, a noise I had waited literal centuries to hear again.

My tongue lightly lapped at the tender skin covering his pulse point, creating a cooling effect. I repeated this process along his collar bone, and then gradually lower. I got so low that I had to drop down to my knees, landing a final bite just above the waistband of his trousers. He stared down at me with them dark purple eyes full of unfiltered lust and I felt almost as if we had somehow travelled back in time. If the look he was giving me was saying anything, he felt the same way.

Using my teeth, I agonisingly slowly pulled down his trousers enough that his boxers were doing very little to hide the effect this had on him. I guess it had been a while for him too. I smiled proudly at his hard member, taking a satisfied breath before rising to my feet. I brushed down my clothes as he just stared at me with unfiltered lust and confusion.

"What are you doing?" He groaned with slight sexual frustration. I smiled innocently, playing with the ends of my hair.

"Like I said, proving a point." I placed the tip of my index finger on his tip on top the fabric of his boxers, a little hiss of need falling involuntarily from Meliodas' mouth. "I think we can both agree that if I could do this—" I paused as I pushed down slightly with my finger before removing my touch all together. His cock bobbed slightly with my movements, something which made me grin further. "to a high up demon like yourself, I would have no trouble seducing a human. Don't ever question my attractiveness." I added the last part bitterly, pulling on his arm suddenly so he was moved out of the way of the door. I left the storage room without glancing back, feeling more empowered then ever.

Meliodas was trying to stutter out a response whilst simultaneously pulling back up his trousers, though he was left too flustered to form a full sentence. Pride took over me as I sauntered up to my room. I still have got the goods.

The next morning, the gleeful mood gained the night before hadn't diminished. It was a cockiness, a feeling of power I hadn't felt in years. I was thoroughly enjoying it. My good mood was present enough that I even decided to dust off the kitchen and make breakfast for everyone. It wouldn't quite be up to par with Ban, but it was a whole lot better then anything the people here could whip up.

I hummed to myself as I flipped a pancake then attended to the bacon sizzling in the other pan - though I wouldn't inform Hawk of the meat being prepared.

"It smells so good down here." I heard from behind me. I didn't need to turn around to know who spoke, though I did wish his morning grogginess on his throat didn't send shivers down my spine.

"What can I say? I happen to be multi-talented." I grinned, spinning around and adding the pancake onto the large stack back on the bar. Meliodas rubbed the back of his neck as he yawned and hopped onto the bar stool.

"Yes yes, hardy har." He grumbled, using the tips of his fingers to massage the hangover from his temples. I slid a plate over to him with a few pancakes on accompanied with bacon and sausages as well as a drizzle of syrup. He began eating without a word, not even taking a second to glance up at me. His clear annoyance was just another victory.

"Oh Meliodas, you seem upset. Care to talk about it?" I feigned concern, leaning my elbows onto the counter and resting my chin in my hands. He huffed out, taking his finger and pulling slightly on the collar of his shirt. He revealed small purple and blue bruises which kept going down. I pouted at him, his eyes finally landing on me. I pointed my spatula at him before speaking.

"You naughty boy, I didn't think Elizabeth was that way inclined." He winced at the mention of Elizabeth, though his stare remained neutral.

"Wow, real mature Amihan." I turned back around to start on another pancake, no longer annoying him with my stares.

"Oh he's pulled out the full name." I chuckled at myself, one's that continued as he groaned.

"Don't you think we should talk about it?" He sounded slightly strained and when taking a look at him over my shoulder, he was running his hand through his hair.

"What do you expect me to say?" I turned back and leant over to him again, putting my face close to his. "I'm sorry I only touched you to give you them rather then—" he leapt forward and placed his hand over my mouth, glaring at me. I childishly licked his palm, which he fought a smile off for.

"Let me talk then." He faltered for a minute before letting go of his hold over my mouth and settling back on the stool. "It was just both of us being stupid. We were too drunk and had a lapse in judgement."

"Zeldris please! Will you just let me talk?" Zeldris halted abruptly in his rage filled storming off. He spun around to face me, fury blazing in his purple eyes so deeply that flecks of red seemed to appear.

"What could you possibly say to make this situation any better?" He clenched and unclenched his fists without realising, an unfiltered anger pulsating through him. I grabbed his hands and interlaced our fingers so that he couldn't keep involuntarily making a fist.

"I know it's gross thinking your best friend and brother did... that..." I trailed off, noticing his anger only rising. "But it was just one drunken mistake. We were stupid and had a severe lapse in judgement." He scoffed at my words but didn't pull away. The tension in his shoulders eased ever so slightly.

"That's an understatement if I've ever heard one." He grumbled before reaching up to tuck a piece of my hair behind my ear. "I just don't want to lose you to him." He muttered his words, almost if speaking them too loud would make them real. I chuckled at his fears, placing both my hands on his slightly flushed cheeks.

"Meliodas may be a lot of things, but he's not you Zel. No one will ever be you. You'll always be my best friend." He hummed at my words glumly and let his eyes fall to the ground. I tapped his face softly with my fingertips to make his eyes dart back to mine. "I mean it. You'll never lose me Zeldris."

I gasped at the sudden memory, the air being knocked from my lungs. Meliodas jumped up out of his seat and was beside me instantly.

"I'm sorry Amihan, I didn't want to upset you but—" I cut him off with a half hearted eye roll.

"It wasn't what you said, you fool." I swatted away his anxious touch, trying to stand strong but feeling my legs wobble. Guilt was swallowing me whole.

"What's wrong then?" He raised his eyebrows with confusion as I gently set myself down on a stool to prevent me buckling.

"An invasive memory. Your wording then was the exact thing I told Zeldris the first time we had sex and he walked in on us in bed the day after." He remained silent, his mouth forming a small 'oh'. My eyes began to prick and a small sniffle sounded. "Am I a bad person, Meliodas?" I quietly asked. He pulled me into an embrace, my head landing on his chest as he stroked my hair softly.

"No Ami, you're not a bad person. You've done a lot of good for this world and I'm sure even Zeldris will realise that one day." He spoke so tentatively, incase anything harder would have made this moment shatter around us. I nodded and sniffled again, taking a deep breath and relaxing slightly into Meliodas' touch. We silently hugged for a minute, a gesture I think both of us needed more then we realised in that moment.

"Thank you Mel." I risked a little look up to him just to see him already peering down at me. He smiled gently, a movement that spoke more words then he ever could.

"Uhm— Hello..?" Oh fuck.
