History. It's another name is mystery. Probably that's why these two words rhyme. History is a mystery in itself, nobody knows how many uncountable stories it has buried in itself. But some stories left traces behind to find them. Traces of Love. Of sacrifice. Of blood. Of torture. Of suffering. Of cries. Of sorrow. Of revolutions.

And of Horrors of Wars.

Werewolves have a long history with humans. It was a time period when werewolves and humans were ruling together. Nobody knew or could find the origin of werewolves. In the beginning it was only one, hidden in the depths of nature. But that solemn creature was the nightmare of hundreds of villages. Thousands of innocents either got killed brutally or got converted into a werewolf.

Some couldn't bear the conversion and lost their lives. While hundreds embraced this conversion into a beast. And soon their population increased from one to thousands.

There was an army of werewolves standing against humans, with an only ambition to either kill or convert each and every human on existing land.

Earlier people used to wait to witness the full moon in its glory after every twenty nine days but soon, if they loathed and utterly feared something then it was the day of the full moon.... The moon always reached its peak certainly but its color became blood red. The blood bath on land was reflected on its silvery surface.

This new creature was very agile, clever and ferocious. Whenever humans tried to fight back, these beasts disappeared into the darkness of the woods.

For more centuries the wars carried on between humans and werewolves, neither side came out wholly victorious. Both sides suffered the loss of thousands of lives. Rulers changed, dynasties changed, but the struggle for survival was the same.

With time, the werewolves tried to establish their packs, organized their laws and orders. And on the other hand some powerful and mighty dynasties established their rules among humans.

It was the time period when finally a peace treaty was signed, territories were demarcated. Lands were separated between humans and werewolves. It was an attempt at acceptance.

Acceptance of each other's civilization.

But those creatures, they cannot be trusted. Even after the peace treaty werewolves had been a constant threat to humans. It was difficult to trust each other. Some more decades passed and slowly some kingdoms emerged as the most powerful and dominating. Which later became a shield for human kind.

One of those Kingdoms was the Kingdom Of RAVENTHORE.

It was so quiescent in the forest, engulfed by the darkness of the night. But the moon, the beautiful white ball in the sky, was adamant to spread its silvery white light everywhere it could. And so the moon's light was reaching as deep as it could in the dark forest.

But that night the moon's light wasn't the only one glowing up the mountain forest.

There was a thin and long river of yellow lights glowing up, continuously moving forward in the dark forest.

A large cavalry unit, having around one- hundred soldiers mounted on horses along with five to six carts and wagons, were traveling through the Skywood forest in the west.

Each soldier was carrying swords and spears. There were lanterns hanging around the saddle of horses. The forest was dense as it was a mountain range and traveling at night through a forest was scary as well as thrilling.
