Gerard and Max laughed gleefully as they swung back and forth on the swing in the garden. The warm sunlight streamed through the trees, casting dappled shadows on the ground as they played.

"Hey, Gee, push me higher!" Max called out, gripping the chains of the swing with excitement and Gerard grinned and gave Max a big push, propelling him higher into the air. "Hold on tight, Max!" he exclaimed, enjoying the sound of Max's laughter.

"You're flying, Max!" Gerard exclaimed as he watched his friend soar through the air on the swing and Max laughed, the wind ruffling his hair as he swung higher and higher. "This is awesome, Gerard!" he shouted.

Max grinned eagerly as it was his turn to push Gerard on the swing and he stepped behind Gerard, grasping the chains firmly. "Ready, Gerard?" Max asked. "Ready!" Gerard replied eagerly, gripping the chains of the swing.

With a mighty shove, Max propelled Gerard forward, sending him soaring through the air. Gerard let out a whoop of delight as he swung higher and higher, the wind rushing past him.

"You're flying, Gerard!" Max exclaimed, watching his friend and Gerard laughed, his heart soaring with exhilaration as he swung back and forth. "I'm scared, Max!" he shouted.

As they continued to play in the garden, their laughter ringing out in the warm afternoon air.

Gerard hopped off the swing and dashed after Max and Max squealed with delight, his feet pounding against the soft grass as he sprinted ahead.

"Come back here, Max!" Gerard called out, a playful grin spreading across his face as he picked up speed and Max glanced over his shoulder as he quickened his pace, darting between the trees with surprising agility.

As they raced through the garden, Gerard suddenly bumped into someone and he stumbled back a few steps, his eyes widening as he collided with the solid figure in front of him.

Looking up, he found himself face to face with Frank, who stood with a faint smirk playing on his lips.

"Careful there, kitten," Frank teased, his arms folding across his chest. "Sorry, daddy," Gerard replied, a sheepish grin spreading across his face. "I was just chasing Max."

Frank's smirk widened into a smile as he glanced over Gerard's shoulder to where Max stood. "Looks like you caught him," Frank remarked as he ruffled Gerard's hair affectionately and Gerard chuckled, swatting Frank's hand away playfully.

"Yeah, I guess I did," he said, casting a fond glance at Max before turning his attention back to Frank. "What are you doing out here?"
